That treble comment really is the clincher for me.

I love how since the disappearance of them it's suddenly compulsory to win the treble every year:56:

It's * ludicrous. We didn't hear all this when their pal Neil was getting shagged out of cups left right and centre during his time here.

I'd take a 1-0 win and a McCulloch red card right now

In that case I would be flying over and take Ronny out of the job myself.

Does anyone think he will survive if the unthinkable happens? Be honest. That is all that BBJ is saying. He is not tipping us to lose for * sakes. And i also find some of the comments about our ex players shocking. They have a proven track record of doing the business in the hoops and deserve respect even if they chat a heap of * on occasion.

Ronny is already outperforming lennon's first season at this stage - people like Hartson need to be quiet. Love the guy but he doesnt half talk a load of sensationalist *

Hartson lost all respect after his absurd piece on the Dundee 'riots', a game he wasn't even at, where he called for Celtic fans to be sacked from their jobs.

Stop talking out your *. No Celtic fan will be creaming themself if we lose tomorrow. Any person that does is not a Celtic fan at heart.

I don't think he'll be finished if we lose, but some will struggle to ever forgive him.

I really hope he sets us out to just batter them, don't show them any respect.

Of course he is not tipping us to lose, but he is setting us up for failure, piling the pressure on, giving them more inspiration to fight, and even if we win, it means nothing at all because we should win 10-0 blindfolded.

What he is doing is minimizing the value of a win, and maximizing the trauma of a loss.

This is not the behaviour of someone who wishes you well.

And would Ronny survive a loss?

Yes, if the board makes their decisions by reason and not by momentary swing of emotion, like any sane decisionmaker would, then yes, of course he will survive going out of the least attractive cup, like every celtic manager before him.

This isn't just the 'odd occasion' though, is it?

John Hartson does, or doesn't i can't tell. Make up your mind John or is he just covering his bases.

Ronnie Deila may think he’s just starting out at Celtic says John Hartson but I’ll tell you this much…if he loses to Rangers tomorrow he’s FINISHED.

"Chances are the club wouldn’t sack him because he’s their project".

That statement of Hartson is and will be a theoretical one: we won't lose. and ronny's going to win the league cup, the fa cup and the premiership. full stop.

Even though I am a defender of Hartson and Sutton, I have to say that is a rubbish comment from Hartson. If Ronny Deila wins the treble he will join a very short list of Celtic managers who have accomplished that feat. He will deserve more than "some credit" if he pulls it off.

They constantly cover their arses, so either way they can say I wasn't wrong.

Same with that piece that Sutton wrote about us 'winning with blindfolds' that will win so many fans over, "ha ha good one Chris" but if we don't roll them over he is then free to give abuse towards Deila and why we didn't do so.
