Totally agree with you. My excitment with today was more about trying to make the final then anything else. I really would be very happy if we never have to play them again.

Great day. A decent pitch and Celtic would have scored more. A decent ref we score even more. Thompson was an absolute disgrace. No advantage despite Griffiths straight through. Booking Griffiths for a mild celebration. And Guidetti gives away a free kick despite being stamped on. Feckin joke.

i think it was a wake up call to even the people that kinda wanted them back..boring as * so they where....second half i actually sat down and messed about on ipad at same time...looked up and it was like a friendly, just the way we didnt have to try, even if they miraculously scored,we woulda went back up and scored another 2....we where looking into the whole month today...play a diddy team get it won as fast as we can then lay back, watch injuries and look towards next game as its a busy month...as i stated earlier i just didnt get that feeling, even when they where singing in the second half i was more amused as it was desperation for them to be noticed..
I personally wouldnt mind ever getting drawn again, tbh ross county and hamilton gave us a better game,i enjoyed them more at least.I didnt really enjoy this much as i thought i would, loved the win and goals of course but fell away after a while

but * it,its over with now and im proud of the bhoys and our fans....lets get into the proper teams this month

Keep seeing them referring to us calling them huns in response to the accusations of sectarian singing.

Hun isn't sectarian and never will be you inbred barbarian knobs.

I dont want to play against them ever again. I think if today proved anything it was that Celtic V Rangers isn't needed in Scottish football, their bitterness second half was horrible to listen to.

Crying over the word "Hun" all whilst they screeched out songs about Jimmy Saville every 10 minutes.

You couldn't have picked better people to go through the pain of watching their club die, then going through years of uncertainty, pain and humiliation.

Thank * I walk into Celtic Park knowing I'm watching Celtic and not some tribute act, and not spending every minute of every day hating myself for knowing deep down that it isn't the same club.

    Scumbags.

You've argued that Rangers are still the same club and now argued that they out sung us in the second half.

I don't know why you seem so shocked and angered that people think you're a Hun.

I have never argued that rangers were the same club, never. I said 'old firm' by habit, you corrected me, I said 'pardon me' and made a * joke about a new name

In the second half they had a wee 20 minutes when they sang their uninventive bile.

Celtic fans were by this time bored of the utter * diddy team we were skelping. Their 'punt the ball up to Daly' tactics were embarassing. I think they were trying to copy the mighty Karagandy.

At least they got a chance to sing against the big team in Scotland. It's good we give these wee diddy teams a match against us.

Lurkers, that isn't even a joke. You ARE just a wee Scottish diddy team, noted only because of the excessive bile you spew, and we showed you that today. :smiley-laughing002::50:

In fairness, read a good lot of your previous posts and I concur that you're not a hun. You're just a miserable, sour faced, celtic hating, negative poster. :50:

Let's be honest. Our fans got bored because the game was over after 10 minutes. That mob were an embarassment, 9 men behind the ball from the off in a cup semi final against there 'rivals'.

Not much fun in winning that easy, 0 shots at goal haha. Hope the tribute act go bust and we never have to humiliate them again.

Rangers are a new club that just so happen to sing the same songs, have the same fans, play in the same colours and in the same stadium.

What they lost was the continuation of their title record. So they've never actually won the league cup, the scottish cup or ever competed in the top league of Scotland, so that's what it is.

It is pretty much the same club, they will cling onto their history as we've seen with the Ricksen testimonial and Sportscene's pre-game footage.

The * at the BBC, when they were compiling that, should have been showing highlights of Sevco's games against Cowdenbeath, because this new club, The Rangers have never played in an old firm game until today.

They should have taken the opportunity to call it something else and ditched the whole Old Firm brand.
