Happy enough, professional job and the result was never in doubt from the first minute to the last.

Now we've got that lot out of the way we can look forward to some cracking matches in next few months:50:

After struggling to get a ticket and finally getting one late last night it was sods law that today I was offered another three. The others were gladly taken though and despite being in totally different sections the security guy knew me and managed to get all four of us into the South Upper.

The result is all that matters really and first half I thought we controlled everything. Brown and Biton were great but every player fought hard to win the ball back if we lost it and patience saw us get two great goals from Griffiths and Commons knocked the stuffing out of the scum.

It was clear early on the pitch was a disgrace and fast flowing football was not going to happen. The referee I thought denied us on at least two other chances. One with the refusal to play advantage with the one on one and a strong penalty claim for some reason denied.

Atmosphere was good and what a difference it makes when the majority of the support join in. Though as expected the scum came out with their sectarian songs once again which no doubt will be ignored by the media and the SFA taking no action.

Second half less said the better really and to be honest Celtic knew the game was won and I don't recall Gordon even having to make one save.

A final to look forward to now in March and that was the main aim of the day. Mission accomplished.

No trouble seen by me though the so called Chelsea crew and their hooligan element were soon "kettled" on the bridge leading back down to the Brazen Head. Hope they keep the * there for hours yet.

Tifosi is what's known as a troll. He was going on about how we were going to cope with Kenny Miller yesterday or something like that :smiley-laughing002:

Just back home from out watching the match, really glad we beat the huns but was disappointed we did not win by more than 2 goals which I totally blame on the * pitch and the * ref who must have thought he was a rave the many times he blew his whistle and always for the huns too. Great goals from Griffiths and Commons who should get a new contract right away I personally think. Brown was definitely man of the match, he was pure class :50:

Dominated them , didn't hammer them, a hammering is a .one sided goal fest.

1 more and it would have been one

"And on that Green Brigade banner - this group of 80 or so people that Celtic 'need'. No, we don't need. Total embarrassment today."

Let's play guess who tweeted it. I'll give vs to the winner.

Away and take your face for a * :smiley-laughing002:

Hammered, dominated, who gives a *?

One more and it would have only been one? They'd have to take a shot first if they were hoping of getting a goal wouldn't they? :smiley-laughing002:

That was effectively a training match second half. Unlucky not to have been 5-0 at half time.

What was that decision from Thomson all about? Griffiths clean through?
