What I take from that is that our players are much faster and more skillful than Rangers players, which is why Motherwell players end up catching our guys late with tackles and suchlike.

Not wanting to make the comparison, but look at the amount of times Barca get fouled in their games. It's because their players are harder to pin down and tackle.

In short, we're just a good few levels above Motherwell whilst Rangers aren't at the moment.

They go out against Rangers believing they can get a result, having seen other small teams do it, and leave themselves open to a heavy defeat.

On the other hand, and McCall himself has admitted this, they know they need to be at 110% whilst we have to be at around 75% for them to have a chance against us.

They try to make it hard for us to win, as they don't really believe they can win.

He sends them out with tactics they have never tried before even in training.

Motherwell have only tried once against Rangers under McCall. That was a cup competition. Their tactics in every other game against them have been pathetic. * Healy has scored twice against them.

McCall's tactics against us is disgusting and going to end with one or more of our players seriously injured one of these days.

I'm not the one hunting around for pathetic obscure stats that Motherwell commit more fouls against us than they do Rangers.

Do they give away more corners as well against Rangers?

Give it a miss. I don't doubt that there are people in high up places within organisations such as the SFA who don't like us, but to claim that professional footballers who make nowhere near as much as our players do would be willing to throw away the chance of finishing 2nd in order to put one over on us and help Rangers is * ridiculous.

It's no wonder some of our fanbase is called paranoid. With this kind of nonsense I can see why.

I certainly didn't see much wrong (in relation to fouls) with Motherwell's performance yesterday. A few professional fouls that got yellow cards and one or two that didn't.

They also only had one tame shot on goal in 90 minutes. Not sure we can have too many complaints about them playing out their skin against us.

Portray it however you like. I think the majority of folk who watch the games between them would agree with my statement.

I said nothing about fouls or corners. Look at the results.

Does anybody know McCall's results against us for Motherwell?

McCall's Motherwell have scored 1 goal against Rangers. One goal. They have certainly scored a lot more against us and always give us a scare yet are always absolutely pumped by Rangers. I don't know why you are trying to make excuses for McCall.

What do you think the score will be when Motherwell come up against Rangers at Fir Park on the 31st of March as a matter of interest?

Under McCall in the SPL against Rangers.

    6-0
    0-5
    0-3
    3-0

17-0 in the SPL. From the team comfortably in third.

I don't know, and seeing as we're more than 20 points ahead of both of them, I couldn't care less.

If they beat Rangers and jump into 2nd, then good for them. If they get scudded 7-0 and David Healy scores all seven, then tough *.

I don't care how Motherwell do against Rangers. I care about how they do against us.

I've stated my opinions on why they do better against us than Rangers, and I'm sticking by them. If people don't like those reasons because they don't include a secret pro-Rangers agenda then I guess that's how it'll have to be.

We won the game yesterday which is all that matters.

As I said, we won the game, which is all that matters to me. I'm not concerned by how other teams do against Rangers so long as we keep winning.

First off to focus on what is important the game well done to Celtic. Fully deserved win and another big step taken toward the title. First half wasn't great but I though we created a lot in the second half and you have to give Randolph credit in their goal. He made a few good saves to keep it at 1-0. At the back we were rock solid and never looked like giving up a goal.

Now onto the topic of Motherwell's performance. There is no question they put more of a shift in physically against us. No question. But that to me is what makes beating them that bit sweeter right now as you know how much they wanted to stop our run yesterday. McCall is a hun in the mode of Hateley and Motherwell's results against the huns say it all really.
