Good result and good performance, Kaddouri looks a good capture.

Atleast the Lennons not good enough brigade we'll be taking the day off. Great performance, just hope can keep up to that level for the next few games.

Hopefully Kaddouri can keep up his performance and hopefully improve as he settles in, wouldn't mind extending his loan if his performances are like today. (Or better)

Sorry it was just funny the opposite views straight after each other. I was just grateful he wasn't booed when he came on after the Mail's piece earlier today.

I think he's going to do OK for us. It was the perfect game for him to come on and he maybe should have done better with a couple of touches. I watched him vs Egypt inb the African qualifiers and he looked OK, nothing amazing.

We played some great football today, was very pleased with it. We still need tostop backing off from attacks though - it leaves far too much space to put crosses in and pick through balls; better teams (Atletico) will destroy us if we keep doing that.

    I'm not picky.
Excellent result brought on by a strong performance.

Forrest defo man of the match for me but El Kaddouri was solid in defence and looked a real threat going forward and Matthews was really good on the right as well with a couple of good threatening runs. Kayal was a rock in midfield also.

Hopefully we'll kick on from this for the season and playing like that we'll have no fears against anyone let alone the manky *.

    Bring on the huns :ynwacelti

Tbf Im pretty * off with Bangura. Maybe it's a dying bread, but I think players should show some loyalty to teams who are taking a big gamble signing them. Obviously Kayal and Izzy have the right attitude, but now, for me, bangura has it all to do.

really do hope we go to ibrox with some intent to play just like today.. i know its a different game different atmosphere etc. etc. but i think if we concentrate on keeping possession and dont play players such as maj and loovens (bombscare) then we should annihilate the grubby * with ease! great performance & result today! MOM: Forrest / Ledley

Ledley MOM with forrest close second. Although kaddouri was outstanding as well, the way he tackles suits the SPL to a tee.

Bangura seemed a little clumsy, not sure if he was nervous or not but his control of the ball was questionable at times, somehow it ended up dead still behind him a couple of times and he looked in no rush to get it in control! :icon_mrgreen:

Radio Scotland * me off... going on about how disappointing the result was for Motherwell given how well they played at times, how lovely some of their football was... OPEN YOUR EYES! We dominated the game today, played lovely football from start to finish and didn't give them a sniff.

To be fair, McCall was full of praise for the Celtic players, which was a huge surprise to me coming from him. :50:

I agree, if a player is already of the opinion that he is too good for the league before he has played then he sure as * better put in excellent performances against this standard that he already deems to be beneath him or else he can get to *. If we have players who think they should be in the top leagues in the world then surely we won't have any repeats of the December draws or the Inverness defeat this year.
