It's trying to squeeze two days worth of matches (like the CL on Tues/Wed) into one night.

Lot of * but that's the way it is.

Ah right thanks. Crazy logic, we already know it's the second competition but at least give the fans respect and the time to get there. TV audience doesn't appreciate it either as they are stuck in traffic but mostly the atmosphere isn't the same with a sparse crowd. Even the players feel it ffs and the football can suffer. Just make it 7.45pm for all games, there are plenty of red buttons on the TV stations now.

The 6 pms are only 6 pm in Portugal, the UK and Ireland. For most of Europe it's 7 or even 8, which is a lot more reasonable

Oh yeah * sorry I totally forgot about that :52: Still a bit * for us though when the UCL games are all at the same time later when it's easier to get to games. I wish they would trial all games at the same time and see attendance and audience figures. I think there would be more if it were same time as UCL games. Diluting it dilutes interest.

Sorry for going off topic, should probably have posted in Europa thread but it bugs me, we just need as many fans as possible at Celtic Park on these nights.

Kick off is at 6pm, so team news probably around 5pm? Think it's usually an hour before or so?

I assumed its because their is too many games on at one time, 8 more than the champions league, probably got more tv money that way

Isn't the 6pm & 8pm only during the groups? Cause there's more teams in the EL than CL and cause it's all on one night?

Jozo better be fit. Team news tension starting to kick in now I know Broony isn't playing. Confident we'll win but cause it's such a big game for so many reasons it's going to be a rollercoaster straight from kick off.

Vegard Forren, being interviewed by Molde's local paper, roughly translated into something like this:

"I am at my best now. The Europa League with Molde, and the Euro qualifiers with Norway has given me more experience. I hope I'll continue to improve in the coming years"

"We've gained a lot of confidence, and we know we can beat anyone. We look forward to the game, and believe we can take one, or even all three points away to Celtic. We've shown that by taking seven out of nine points in the first three games."

"Celtic are favourites, but they have the pressure on them. We know it will be tough, but we feel we have a good chance".
