I haven't looked on their forums and won't be looking. But the English think they're superior to the Scots and City's team is probably worth about twenty times what ours is worth, so it's hardly surprising that they look down on us at this point in time.

The fact that we totally deserved the result we got tonight will be irking them. Which is a nice thought.

Can't wait for Dundee game.We are joy to watch.

So happy for the lads for silencing all of those bitter EPL fan boys ,and everyone saying we should be happy to avoid humiliation .

Terriffic performance by celtic tonight, again the commentators choking for man city to destroy us and then we done the businiess all night against a team at the top of the apparent best league in tghe world. So proud of the hoops tonight .

    So * proud.

For me that's a win. That team is so rich and full of internationals. Everyone stood up to the plate.

Kolo, rogic, broony, forrest and even Armstrong held the ball up well.

Then massive efforts from tierney & dembele.

    Outstanding.

Can't add much to what's already been said by most, just really proud of the performance against a team that cost £400m more than we did.

And nice to see some genuine respect from the normally insufferable pundits, both on BT and ITV. Is it possible Lineker is a closet Tim? He always seems to big up the Celtic Park atmosphere.

We took the lead 3 * times!!!!

No other team this season has scored more than 1 against them.

This is far superior to the inter draw

Just got in from that and what a night.

That was as good a performance anyone could have dreamed of and we were playing decent stuff as well as some great intensity football, City I think froze a bit at the beginning as the Parkhead atmosphere and occasion suddenly hit them, whatever they expected was just delivered even louder than they thought.

Don't want to praise anyone in particular as it was a real team effort but need to make the exception for Broony who is back to being bang on his game, he was * huge for us.

City were a quality team, no question but we matched them, no question and the fact we went toe to toe was what pleased me most unlike some sides who adapt their game, we just went for it and it paid dividends

City fans were absolute pish, a joke in fact, only heard them a couple of times the whole game.

The atmosphere was right up there with some of the best, no question, the place was * rocking tonight, incredible.

So proud of that, nights like this make me realise why I still go to great time, expense and energy to follow this club 40 years after my first game.

    Magic just magic :50:

All of their teams have been getting pumped off City.

We have shown them how to play against them.

Great game! We put it up to a city team that have won their opening 10 games this season under guardiola. Could've won it too, fantastic performance and I'm proud of it

Cant really add anything to whats been said just that I'm so proud of our club tonight, not just the players who played out there skins, but the fans, Rodgers, rest of coaching staff right down to ground staff and who ever the * else is involved with celtic, we have done something teams that are apparently light years beyond us couldn't do which is stop city from winning. Well done lads! Onto Dundee next

Grace has been a welcome and very successful addition to the song sheet.

Great stuff, would have been good to sneak 2 goals ahead at some point which might have rattled them a bit but good performance and good to get a few goals and a point against a good team.
