Adverse weather is almost always in favour of the worse side so yeah we may as well take it as a positive.

When I think of tonight I just picture Sinclair on the counter with Forrest and Dembele in support for a sucker punch. I'd love nothing more than to beat these * tonight.

Lashing rain, gale force winds, big crowd behind us roaring the boys on, Brown and Tierney hopefully busting a few of the 'lighter' players early doors. Who knows what may happen tonight?

If we win it will be the 2nd best win after Barca I think as they are a very dangerous side. Im not usually worried but I can't see past them dominating us and winning 3 or 4 nil.

Only good thing is they are on a 10 game winning run, so hopefully a wee bit more relaxed and complacent and good runs always come to an end.

It would have been worse for us had Swansea beat them at the weekend then they'd be looking to punish us to get back on track like what happened with Barca.

Need a big game from everyone tonight but broony and Bitton need to be better than their best. Midfield is crucial. Same goes for our cb's.
Think our counter could be superb with sinclair and for rest. Both are explosive. Dembele up top for me too. In form striker and deserves it

South west wind too.....most of those not up high in the North and Lisbon Lions stand will get soaked. Sorted if youre in the Jock Stein or Main.

Not far off it going by his stats, check them out. Quite incredible really.

Something like 14 shots on target and 10 goals lol.

Obviously he's not a better striker than Aguero but he's a very, very decent replacement should Aguero get injured.

So it will be blowing towards their keeper in the first half? good chance for us to pressure them.

More towards the GB the angle the pitch is at. They are getting soaked.....although the app i use says it should be dry at HT, but still driving wind.

One thing to note.. David Silva, incredible player and all that he is, often decides not to turn up when the weather is poor. Something to keep an eye on

Tierney needs to come of age tonight in the CL, a bit lost in the Nou Camp no shame in that whilst he did also make a good clearance off the line in that game.

But he needs to be judged tonight and this is the level that he will be judged at potential wise, at 19 years old he may seem young but there are plenty of top footballers playing for big clubs all over the world at that age. Look at Adam Matthews when he was with us the night we beat Barca and he was up against Messi (Whilst not even playing in his natural position), he was the same age Tierney is now which I feel people often forget.

Think it's more because Tierney came from our youth we always think of him as this new youth player on the scene.

He bossed Nani last year against Fenerbache in the EL and tonight will call for an equal if not even better performance when he comes up against Sterling most likely.

( Aye, ideally what we want for Tierney is probably one or two decent games and then to completely disappear off the face of the planet.)

You never fail to make me giggle wee man.

Weather's not that bad tbh. (I'm in Parkhead right now) Raining a little bit and quite windy. Manchester isn't exactly tropical compared to Glasgow so I don't think conditions will affect the game at all
