It'd be great just to get ourselves on the board with a result on Wednesday. The quicker we get at least a point, the better we'll feel.

It'll be an uphill challenge, but it's not impossible. The fact they are missing De Bruyne is a boost, but they'll still have Sterling, Silva, Navas, Sane, Aguero etc.

It'll be interesting to see how we play, though. Rodgers has said we'll be more aggressive, but Guardiola's teams have been susceptible to quick counter attacks in the past.

If on HCTC or booked your 3 match package before the deadline your ST will be activated. Unless you are moved because of UEFA then paper tickets will have been sent out.

If the ST is an upgrade then paper tickets were sent out.

    lustig kolo simunovic tierney

    forrest brown bitton sinclair

    griffiths dembele

we aint gonna out pass them in fact its gonna be hugely difficult because in these games against the best players in the world they step on your throats high up the field and say to you play though us

so no matter what we do they will eventually dominate us and press us back in to our own penalty area like barca do

i see us starting out with a ferociously high tempo and being direct where we can, being very strong on the ball. i see us playing a lot more high balls than we usually do as that can help our players get up the park into their players faces where we can try and physically put them under pressure and at the same time keep them from easily playing it out after a failed attack

if we attack up the left dembele will either drop back to pick up the ball or try to beat the offside trap same with griffiths on the right side

gonna be a really tough game, time to stand up and be men! in away i think the barcelona game has prepared the players for this and its a chance for them to regain some pride

    3-1 celtic :)

We've beaten better teams than city at parkhead when we've had Caldwell and McManus in defence, anything can happen on a European night at Celtic Park.

We've beaten the best side's in the world at Celtic Park, why not this lot?

This atmosphere rock's the very best, it's proven when on song. We might lose but I guarantee we'll put up a decent showing at the very least..

We need to be brave, get stuck in, break at a good tempo and be direct enough to exploit them where I think there weakest, at the back..

They need to be spooked enough with the noise, but that only goes so far..

Gordon has to play at his shot stopping best.
Lustig needs to combat Sterling's pace and be as clever as he is for Sweden.
Toure has to lead that backline big time.
Erik really needs to step up for this as he's been poor.
Tierney needs to continue his good form and not be overawed like the first game.
Broony has to stamp his authority in the middle.
Bitton must not hide this time, and he better work his * off.
Rogic needs to be our link from midfield, working hard out of possession but creative, calm on the ball and not one of those game's where he skies every shot like against Alloa. He may only get 1 or 2. Expecting a big showing.
Sinclair has a point to prove against his ex side but showed enough in the Nou Camp that he'll go at Zabaleta? Who if he starts I think will be the weakest link.
Forrest has to be purposeful and give us a real shift in both directions helping out Lustig and like Sinclair, using his pace to get us up the park and giving our backline a breather.
Dembele just has to pick up where he left off. A focal point and bringing other's in to play is important but he'll have plenty of space to break on the counter if we get it right. I can see him causing Stones and Otamendi especially due to the latter's frame, problem's..

Griff to come off the bench, plus Paddy, is excellent choices to have..

The closer it get's, i really believe we can get something..
