My * is going like the clappers already.

I hope we don't show them too much respect. 2 of their key players are missing so we should get right in their faces from the off.

I know Rosenborg is suspended, who is the other one who is missing?

The Swedish midfield Ambrose by the sounds of the Swedes on here. Only one theyll really miss is Rosenborg. Huge miss for them by the sounds of things.

    Adu. Centre mid.

I was under the impression he played most games for them but I could be wrong? Regardless he has champions league experience with Nordsjaelland so it's still a bonus in my eyes.

You might be right man but a few lads on here were saying that it's more of a bonus for Malmo that he's suspended. Probably an exaggeration but shows that he's probably not a big miss.

I recall someone saying they rated him as the best midfielder in the Swedish league:smiley-laughing002:

There it is. I don't think he is even a Malmo fan, though.

It's probably partly to do with the ADHD meds, but I'm not complaining...which is the point I suppose. :50:

It'll be a fan of their rival club trying to warn us that he's good, contrary to what Malmo fans want us to believe...or they are all just as confused and mental as us. :smiley-laughing002:

King Kenny and Henrik. Proud to have seen them both play.
Awright, back off the night shift and a few whiskeys doon the gullet but........* come on Sellik!!!

Workin Wednesday night but * COME ON!!!! We must beat these * at home. Nothin against the Malmo fans who've been comin on here and bein' friendly and polite as *, but just * get a 2-0 or 3-0 or WHATEVER to nil win. N.B. 3-1 or 4-1 would also suffice.

LET US have the rub o the green that night, maybe a penalty and a Malmo player sent off, but * me, come on, we never got the rub against Qarabag. (Or barely any other * in Europe) Just give us a beautiful night in Paradise, where the football gods look down on us and everything goes right. Like Ajax away all those years ago with Didier Agathe and Bobby * Petta!!!!!!! COME the * ON!!!

Pick the right team, Ronny and every one of you Bhoys selected: FILL that jersey and DO NOT be beaten by your direct opponent. We shall prevail! We MUST be victorious and give us something to fight for in Sweden. We've taken care of Helsingborgs and Elfsborg. Let us not fail against Malmo FF.

    COME ON THA * HOOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would be nervous about playing Boyata after yesterday tbh, need him to be at his absolute best.

Can expect Virgil to raise his game if he has to incase boyata isnt up to it on the day, but I say it will be unlikely he'll have another bad game.
But in fairness to boyata he hasn't really been bad in the big games hasn't been great either but he's done enough and has popped up twice when needed , hopefully does it for a third time on Wednesday.

Malmo won 2-0 at the weekend, Rosenberg scoring the 2nd in injury time.

Highlights are worth a watch for the Gefle goalkeepers run out of his box, being beaten to the ball by the attacker, trying to backpeddle into goals and falling on his * :56:

Everything I'm reading from them sounds cocky as *, I like it, much prefer playing teams that are legends in their own heads rather than a team that knows it's got a big job to do and work towards it.

Does anyone know how things are looking attendance wise?

I'd like to think this will be a sellout and that those in attendance will actually turn up before kick off and support the team. Nothing annoys me more than people showing up late and those who sit in silence and expect the GB to create all the atmosphere on their own! Why can't we get to the ground in abundance 5-10 minutes before the team comes out the tunnel and be there in force to create and intimidating atmosphere instead of a half hearted YNWA while people stroll in to find their seats? It's time to put Celtic Park back on the map and 60,000 of us get right behind the team instead of relying solely on the GB.

Hi mates! I am so pumped about the game!

Last year Malmö was the first team from Sweden to qualify for the CL in 14 years time! But the team managed all the money wisely. Did not spend it all on over-rated players etc. There expences has not gained. 14-15 years ago when Helsingborg and AIK was in the CL,they wasted all the money on expensive players and almost went bankcrupt and fell out of the top-division.

So if Malmö now can get in the CL again, they can finally use some of the money and establish them as a top club. I must say that I am very impressed about the management in Malmö FF. The coach Åge Hareiede is a very wise man! And Daniel Andersson who manages playerstransfers seems to be a genius, always gets a lot of money on sales and finds really good players! For example last year he bought Isak Kiese Thelin (U21 Euro-champion) for 80 000€ he sold him 7 months later for 4 000 000€ !

Malmö has been rubbish on awaymatches. Lost last year 4-2 in Prague, lost 2-1 i Salzbur and lost 2-0 also in Salzburg this year, but they never give away any goals on hometurf and scores alot of them. The mentality is honestly that it doesnt matter if Malmö loses 3-0 on wednesday, they will get through anyway.

I think that without Rosenberg on wednesday the team will play defensive and lose 1-0, but on hometurf they WILL score some goals. Its 50/50 who will get in the CL between Celtic and Malmö.

I must also say that it´s great fun that you have this forum and that we all can talk about the match, even though Henrik Larsson played for HIF (enemyclub) you must love Henrik! And we all watched his games on TV for Celtic, I always think there is a special place for Celtic in every Swedish footballfans heart! You have a fin club with fine traditions! There are alot of similarites between Celtic and Malmö! Malmö is historically the best team in Sweden, with the best fanbase, the fanbase who knows football and appreciates football and don´t hate other clubs, because what have we to prove? Just like Celtic! =)

    Cheers!
