Most of us knew a defeat was likely, but you were posting absolute * before kick off and just as the match started. * that was irrelevent to the game btw about players leaving, so * off to the transfer rumours thread. It's a good job you care so much to be a miserable wee *, i wish there were more fans like you.

A dirty h*n I know was saying we got beat by a team below Sevco in the co-efficient, but my answer to that was how could a team who haven't played in Europe be above Legia ? * :smiley-laughing002:

Do you not think that Aberdeen challenging us for the league would be far from boring. Completely unacceptable, true; but hardly boring!

Aberdeen are * i said theyll win the league over us last night but ive had a good nights sleep and wised up even when we are shute we cake walk this * league aberdeen st johnstone d united hibs n hearts when they were with us were all gutless * they are a minature version of us they dont invest either we have no excuse though we gain funds through transfers and european football or did at least until our board decided to totally doom scottish football by crippling the only team to raise the co efficient i the last 5 years. Without europe we die simple not europe no real interest from fans! Of course like sheep we will saunter into CP to watch celtic walk over a lesser funded team but to what end? Instead of this bullshit ideal that our board seems to have assumidly that we need a strong zombie nation * that id near enough build a * string as * team improve our youth and send them on loan to other spfl teams to improve them us and the league im * sick to the teeth of this * we sont got no money bullshit! 30 m in CL doh soend at least a third we must be clise to 50 in transfers with wanyama ki mcgeady and co i mean * lhads this * has to end and soon no more listening to that marbelled mouthed * lawhyte and his spin doctor bullshit get the chequebook out and sign hooper and wanyama 2 fellas that have done it for us and 2 fellas thatd probably jump at the chance to come back

There isn't going to be changes in the boardroom. So anyone wanting that is going to have to forget that for starters. The board are happy with their lack of ambition and taking out of Celtic rather than investing. Where has the £33 million from the last two CL campaigns gone? Where has the money from all the sales of players last season gone? Certainly not back into the team. The amount of cash this club generates through season tickets, merchandising etc there should be plenty to pay players and run the club. Extra money from sales and the CL should be reinvested in the squad and trying to see if we can get even a little further in Europe. It just seems that the fans are expected to put up with the same mince on the park season in season out and content ourselves with winning the SPL.

Call me crazy but I think the club we should be trying to emulate is Atletico Madrid. For years they have been in the Europa league , constantly developing players this would eventually lead them to winning it twice(2010,2012). Now they are Champions League contenders. They've given Simeone time to develop and clear out his squad , hopefully we could do the same in the Europa league.

we are 10th cause we dont give rat * about the league atm and the starting 11 for those games was filled with youth players.

After 30 legs in Poland points are cut by half and top 8 plays each other so we will get to the top eventually.

Such a system is beneficial for clubs with a wide bench, such as Legia. We also have good working youth academy and to benefit from its potential we need to give youth players a chance to play at top league level. For years it was said about them that are perspective, getting an opportunity to play far too late. Now, thanks to share points after the main round, rotation in the team is less risky. Losing the game we lost only 1.5 points instead of 3.

No. Legia might get beat in the next round but all the teams in the next round are miles better than Aberdeen.

Maybe not, but they would have fared better than us. They went away to home to a vastly superior team in Real Sociedad and got beat with the same scoreline we did last night.

If Celtic or any Scottish team wants to progress to the group stages of European competition the season has to start at least a month earlier.
Deilia didnt know what kind of team he had, He would have had a better idea if we had a month under our belt
The players would have been sharper and fitter.
Same goes for Aberdeen and St johnstone.
If we have to start qualifiers before the season starts there was always a possibility that this could happen

Agreed 100%.....Lawell is a poor judge of a football club.

Watch while all your "profits" dwindle through lack of season ticket and merchandise sales.

Noddy would make a better job.

    you are crazy..... :smiley-laughing002:

they can afford to pay top wages to keep their players, they play in a very good league, they have decent weather and football pitches, they play against quality teams most weeks... they did not become good because they were in EL but it would benefit players in terms of experience

so again, you are crazy :smiley-laughing002:
(motherwell and aberdeen are in the EL each season... not doing them much good and think it will be the same for us)
