They will hit us on the break. One goal and its *.

Lets face it the games done. Think we will win, but no chance are we heading through.

They'll come over to protect their lead, yes one goal from them and it's goodnight vienna, but if our defence turns up then maybe just maybe we'll do it. Personally i think we'll win and go through.

Hope Ronny doesn't * about again in this one. Would like to see Berget dropped to the bench and Izzy back in at left back.

    I would have this team:

    Forster

    Lustig
    van Dijk
    Mulgrew
    Izaguirre

    McGregor
    Kayal
    Johansen

    Commons

    Griffiths
    Stokes

Subs: Zaluska, Matthews, Biton, McGeouch, Boerrigter, Berget, Pukki

This will go down as one of the best comebacks in Europe in the modern Celtic era. Celtic to go through - book it!

so what if they score ,we are capable of scoring 4 goals if the right players are on the field and our passing couldnt possibly be anywhere near as bad as it was last week.

Sorry to be a depressing *, but no chance are we scoring 3/4.

Our defence is shaky as *. One advantage Ambrose is out, but still. Reality is we have far to much to do, and the tie died in the last few minutes last week.

2-1 or even 3-1 I would maybe fancy us. No chance now.

I am going on Wednesday and I am confident of the comeback. The result in Poland was a freak one, these things happen from time to time. The sending off killed it as a contest and was always going to mean the game ended up an uphill battle for us back in Scotland. An early goal and keep the pressure on them and I think we will go through on the night, I always keep the faith :shamrock:

I think there certainly is a chance that we'll beat a side no better than Aberdeen 3-0. We were excruciating to watch last week but our quality didn't go out the window after one poor game. Take a step back and look at the bigger picture. :50:

Last week was a write off. There's no point dwelling on it. Clean slate. We have to win 3-0.

Closer it gets the more confident I am. Have a feeling we'll do it, 3-0.

Were gonna skelp them 4-0. I firmly believe we will be 2-0 up at half time. Thumb with an early goal then big Virgil with another before the break. That, along with the noise from the bhoys will put the * up them.

Radovic was better than our entire team, looked like he would stroll into our starting 11. Zyro looks like something we've not had since big Jan - a striker who can actually head the ball.

We are 99% likely to go out, will be the biggest comeback in European football since Liverpool in Istanbul 9 years ago, that's how monumental a task this is facing Celtic.

I normally am but there's no point losing all grasp of reality in the name of supporting one's team.

Our glass is 99% empty, with just a residual amount of week-old junkie urine in the bottom, to continue your metaphor.

I'm behind Celtic. We will almost certainly be playing Europa League football this season, unless we * that up as well.

So you think it is outwith our capability to beat this team 3-0? All we need is 1 good performance and we're through; it's no where near as unlikely as you're implying.

    To be honest; yes.

I do not see us keeping a clean sheet at all. Infact I think given they will sit back and rip our woeful and out of confidence defence apart on the counter, it is far from a foregone conclusion that we will even win this game.

We do not have a single European quality striker at our club, our midfield totally collapses in the absense of Brown, and our defence have completely forgotten how to defend. Everyone is glad that Efe is suspended but people forget he is our fastest defender - the thought of Mulgrew replacing him makes me shudder and we could well get battered again as we will undoubtedly play a high line and press desperately.

I think I am right in saying this will be the biggest turnaround in Celtic's 127 year history if we pull this off. That is how big the task is.
