To be honest I'd have thought our possession stat would have been higher.

karagandy were awful, one of the worst teams ive seen at parkhead, all they had was long throws and im being 100 percent honest

Only just watched the game there, was out last night.

I haven't read through many of the comments on here but I didn't think we were that bad all things considered. Finishing left a little bit to be desired that's one of the main things I would take from it, movement at times in the first half was a bit poor as well.

As soon as we started to quicken the passing and movement up however they looked really uncomfortable. We should be looking to do that from the very start in the 2nd leg.

Few players looking a bit out of sorts but it's still pre-season ffs and for a large part of that match you could clearly see that. Important thing was we managed to get that away goal but really, the tie should already be finished for definite with the chances we had. I can see us finishing them off comfortably on Tuesday.

The next 2 rounds are the ones we should really be more concerned about when the opposition starts to step up that extra level. Really hope we can see a couple new faces in before then, crying out for some pace out wide and a bit of creativity.

Another positive was Callum MacGregor's contribution. I said a few weeks ago when he arrived back that he was the one I am most excited about, does not look out of place whatsoever and will provide a real goal threat from midfield.

As per though at this time of year alot of people only looking to find negatives.

We're not guaranteed to win these games. *, they almost scored a header about 5 mins before we scored.

If you play 6 games, you're likely to play badly in at least one of them.

These teams like Karagandy aren't absolute *. Otherwise what does that make us considering we scraped past them?

We're basically in pre-season which means unlikely results happen all the time. Liverpool just lost to Brondby a few hours ago.

I didn't say anywhere we were guaranteed to get by them, but that's the whole point and the reason i prefer these games to playing the same * teams in meaningless friendlies. At least there is something riding on these games and a bit of excitement.

Provided we do get by these teams surely this is better preparation for the later rounds? And if we don't get by these teams we don't deserve to be in Europe anyway.

nothing really to complain about, it was a pre season game for all intents and purposes and we did enough to get a goal and not concede one. We shoukd get another couple and sail through back in Scotland, I dont think if we played for 180 minutes they could ever score two goals as we were absolutely all over them.

Any news on how many tickets have been sold for next week?

Looked into it but I can't realistically make it through to Edinburgh on time. I'm working about two minutes from Celtic Park as well... bit annoying.

Honestly though, they were gash... Finnonchenko and the wee Brazilian lad would be the only players who would even be worthy of getting in our team

Looking forward to this will be strange watching Celtic play at Murrayfield. Not sure if we will hammer them, but once we win I will be happy

They were a stuffy team who made themselves hard to beat, but they weren't a good team. They were pretty chronic in all honesty. They were a poorer version of Stoke when they had Rory Delap in my opinion. They may have taken the lead against teams in Europe, but they were found out in the end. They only managed 2 points in their Europa league group, which contained AZ, PAOK & Maccabi Haifa, and let's be honest, none are great teams themselves.

I had a look on SKY and couldn't see it advertised on BBC1 or Alba.
