    Just cant get enough
Don't start with all this hun pish again... The ref was just terrible. Him being a hun wouldn't explain why he then sent off the inverness player. This is also the same ref who sent off mcelbows at st mirren.

we will need to find a better attacking style of play, and as far, as corners are concerned, who the * is in charge of this, in training, it is starting to get really embarrassing, and the fact we have never made any attempts to change it. we get more corners than most but have scored the least from them, and this idea about a naka style of free kick all the time, is another of my pet hates, and to see so many professional players hit the * ball so wide is sole destroying, do they not see this as our main problems or what.
i see in the papers there our training in and out of * poles, with that and * leap frog, you will never improve * all, its ball skills that the games all about, being able to hit it straight, and pass the * thing our attacking is woe full, there is never any more than 2 of our players in the opponent's box.on attack, when ever other team, has 5-6 players in our * box, or inside the area when they attack. this must get looked at surely. this thing they call zonal marking
one player watches an area of 2 players, then that should give us 5 spare men
but those spare 5 are all in the middle of the park, when, we are under attack doing absolutely * all, we have Forrest, taking corners and the likes of KI and lesser skilled players in the box that cant do * nothing, with corners or free kicks, so why has this not changed, the UN skilled guys are trying, to have a shot in on goal result, way way over the * bar, or wide. another thing of * note when we bring on a sub out comes this big peice of paper to tell the sub whats what he has sat there all the * time watching the same game but yet this paper could have been left with the subs to read during the frigging game as it comes out on typed form of instructions.

I disagree, apart from his contribution to the goal i felt he went into hiding a bit, there were a few occasions where he didn't go in for the challenge and the crowd including myself didn't like that at all. It was a quiet game from him and i think he also left matthews 2 on 1 plenty of times.

Main thing is we got the 3 points, i thought matthews, ledley, broony and samaras all had good games.

Anyone see lennon arguing with the celtic fans next to the touchline today ?

Quite right too, brown passed back to forster and the crowd got on his back for passing back, thus keeping possession and when everyone moaned lennon turned around with his arms out in a "whats wrong with that" type of way and lennon and a few fan's exchanged a few pleasantries.

Sometimes the fan's are too anxious, forcing the players to rush play.

Spot on wi BIg Dan, how many needless free-kicks does he give away in dangerous areas? i still think Stooper shoul always be our forwards at home, as when Sammy's played as a striker we tend to start launchin high balls instead of playing a quick passing game. Still winning, but prefer the telepathy wi Stokes n Hoops.:shamrock:

I think we've improved at our corners in recent matches. In fact off the top of my head we've scored with an assist directly or indirectly (e.g. poor clearance by a defender giving a chance of a second ball in) from a corner in every game or at least ever other game since we played Rangers, games vs. Inverness excluded (Hearts, Dundee United, Rangers, St. Mirren, Falkirk for definite). I agree we should be looking to at least get an attempt on goal from corners (which today we squandered bar the early header from Wanyama) but we can't expect to score every game.

I agree, the free kick situation is frustrating though. Mulgrew and Stokes can hit them, but too many go wide or end up doing nothing. Mulgrew can score them but more often than not when he does the game is already won. My feeling is it's either a pressure thing on his part or a psychological thing on the opposition's. Stokes scored a wonder goal vs. Killie but more often than not misses the target. Ki is another option but usually hits the wall.

I'd like to see us not necessarily score from free kicks, but try and be a bit more clever. 9/10 times teams set up to defend a direct shot leaving massive gaps of space in one place or another where the ball could go...I say why not just try something different, e.g. chip it over the wall towards the penalty spot and have quicker players like Forrest and Brown attacking the general area? Something like this could catch the opposition completely off-guard.

as you and I can agree on this, why is this never implemented, variety is the spice of life, and what is it that prevents our attack from being a 5 pronged attack, as when any team that attack us, they do not worry about leaving the back door open, as they have discovered we only go with 2 up front in attack, so they know our slow play gives them time to regroup.

Missed the game, heard snippets of it on radio, referee seemed to have a shocker.Apart from that we didnt seem to be in any danger of dropping points,so ill take that any day.Seen Maj's tackle on SSN,was never a red card, should be rescinded by the SFA panel.
