was not happy with it last year but we did well in most games but playing 3 centre midfeilders does not work in a 4 4 2 maybe 4 3 3

Embarrassed, and pretty much frightened and * off that I don't know what has happened to my team in the last 3 months that have made us a * laughing stock.

Terrible. You know it's going to be bad when even Joe Ledley's having a bad game. Midfield seemed so passive throughout. Hooper's seemed off the boil for far too long. Not good times.

Didn't really understand the point of bringing on Wanyama for Kayal either. Nothing against Wanyama but at 0-0 I don't see what he's going to add going forward.

Continues to be a horror story but to be honest there were times last season when they played exactly the same as this. I am thinking back to the Euro qualifier, the period in winter when they were drawing games and playing rubbish and of course the games against Motherwell (after the rangers game) and the ICT game.

This team is not good enough, the players are not good enough!

No consistency and players that are used to playing for clubs where you can get away with sub standard performances.

Oh I'm not saying he was. I'm just getting at if you're going to take him off put on a attack minded player like Samaras. It's almost the equivalent of a decision Lennon moaned about when he was taken off for G.Caldwell in the SC final.

John Barnes once said in relation to his stint at Celtif, they did not have a problem with me being black, they had problem with m being english.

The truth of the matter is, had Barnes been irish he would have remained in a job for a further 3 months

Lennon has been given longer than Mowbray and Barnes, he has now failed to win the league for 2 seasons, he has lost the dressing room , has been unable to fix our leaky defence.

He should be sacked now and give a new manager a chance to build / fix the team, but that will not happen. A good manager will get a lot more from the team than Lennon.

so we didn't start the game with the same players and in the same formation and the same tempo that we played 2nd half against hibs midweek ???

was there any reason for this ? or is it as i suspect that our manager is clueless ?

Again i agree but woodnt have samaras anywhere near me would just have taken ki off for mc court kayal tends to eventually go on a wee run our subs bench wasnt up to much tbh january cant come quick enough for me

Cheque book out and dead weight out samaras top of that list for me big dan not far behind but as bad as they are they need replaced. no more playin key players like ledley at left back regardless of 'how well he can play there'

Don't remember the last time at Parkhead we created as little as we did 2nd half. Looked like a Testimonial to some of the players. * disgrace.

Testimonial is being generous. They looked like they were in the local park having a kick about with their wee cousins. Disgrace to the jersey.

If you're implying Lennon has gotten longer in the job than Barnes and Mowbray because he's Irish then you're talking nonsense. If you look purely at last season Lennon had us in touching distance of the title and we were neck and neck with Rangers for the majority of the campaign. Something that can't be said of the Barnes and Mowbray regime. We were at least 10 points behind when both of them were sacked.

As for this campaign. Well I wouldn't be surprised if Lennon leaves/resigns sometime in the near future.

i had a feeling when i heard the stv news sports headline yesterday that lennon seemed to think the trouble times were over for the team, that he was again putting his foot in it and didn't have a clue!!!

cause i knew (and i'm a nobody) after 1 game that we hadn't turned the corner!!!

how could our manager say such a stupid thing ???

When teams used to come to parkhead they were terrified because they knew they would be under constant pressure from a side who loved there football and were passionate about the club they played for.

Now they come to play a team who don't appreciate just how lucky they are to play football at all let alone a club like celtic. They come to play a team who have no fight and no FIRE in there bellys to go and score goals and win trophies and who really don't care what happens because they still have there paycheck at the end of the month..

    One big shambles.

That's the problem with our squad. I'm not a fan of Sammy but I felt we needed a target man or something different going forward. I totally agree with the 2nd part. I hate playing good players out of position because they can cope. Play them in their best positions.
