But this is international games not European it's the same with Scotland but fans don't mingle with each of there own colours it's just really bizarre

If this is the case your rivalry really is bleak and really *

First goal the donkey jumped to soon and by the time the ball was at his head he had lost most of his momentum and couldn't get the power in the header to get the ball back far enough for the keeper.
The 2nd goal you can see efe stood behind the player and by the time efe acts the attacking player is already jumping to head the ball.
The guy sometimes is just not aware of everything going on around him.

Been saying it since lennon was in charge....every year efe plays he will cost us points in the league and millions in europe....why the * we turned down 3 million for the guy is beyond me.

It's harsh to blame Efe for the 2nd, the no.9 ran past Griffiths who could of given Efe a shout, the guy then runs round and gets his body in front of Efe when the ball is already in the air. It's a cracking ball and well rehearsed set piece, plus the guy was much * bigger than Efe and Boyata.

Funny you mention that, I did think Efe wasn't marking this guy to start with, but can't mind the replays, so couldn't be sure.

It's funny as Efe was blamed for 2nd goal against Malmo because he gave away a corner, but everyone exonerated VVD for the woeful piece of defending from the corner, but Efe is blamed for header. LOL.

I'm not saying Efe wasn't criminal, but it's sometimes just the sake to blame him for the sake of blaming him.

The guy is stood at the front post area and he only has to watch for two things.....the ball coming into his area from the corner and any player moving to attack the ball.

Im not saying he has to out jump the guy but even a challenge could have made all the difference.

Ok maybe i have my * efe glasses on but how often are we going to let this guy ruin our chances before someone says enough is enough.
Hopefully ronny has now seen enough and drops him for good.

I wouldnt blame Efe for the 2nd goal. Just one of those things, their guy had all the momentom being on a run and got the luck that the ball was coming into that area and he got a good header on it.

It wouldnt matter who the Celtic player was standing there even if it was Billy McNeill that guy was always going to win the ball because you cant see him until he's there and once he's there its too late.

I dont think we should be blaming players for giving away a corner after all sometimes its that or they get a shot on goal.

Just watched it, the 2nd goal, Griff needs his balls kicked.

What was he doing, should have blocked the run first off, but to point at the last minute, *. Don't get me wrong the guy is pretty huge so Griff shouldn't be marking him, but ffs.

Disagree completely. Just because you are marking a zone, doesn't mean you should be standing like a statue until the ball reaches you. Ambrose can see the flight of the ball all the way, all he has to do is take one step forward and he gets his head on it before Fernandao. He got caught on his heels. Having the run on him was irrelevant in that situation, because he didn't have to climb above him to win the header. That is one of the reasons I'm not a fan of zonal marking though, because it's so much harder to get up off the deck from a standing start. However, that didn't matter for the second goal.

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest. They supposedly hate each other but have been well known to go and support each other on trips to London. Bizzare really, imagine us and huns and vice versa going to support each other on foreign soil of in London, just because we'd be away from home..

All local London Turks with Nike tn caps bowling about getting cheeky near my mams :56:
