They were both pens though, thereby they are the same, thereby i can bet you a gazillion quid hammer did not call stokes a dozy * when Stokes did miss his penalty a few months ago.

Secondly what about the other chances missed, stokes one on one with the keeper and hit the post, terrible miss, and it was closer to the goal than the penalty spot.

First half was terrific, second half performance fell considerably and wasn't acceptable but i can bet my bottom dollar que responses blaming ki for the entire performance in the second half.

I agree whenever 2 players moan about a penalty and try and take the ball usually they miss.

You seem to have a hard on for 1 comment.

I am not calling him a dozy * for missing a penalty, I am calling him a dozy * for his half hearted run up, his lack of effort and the fact he smiled when he missed it.

If you can't see he was * tonight then you have blinkers on, because he was.

I disagree, have already said he created 3/4 brilliant chances for other players which weren't taken. This lax attitude you speak of is the same myth created by anti Ki fans after every poor performance by the team.

who was the team we here playing here tonight, celtic at home where
rubbish, and where was Ki tonight, KAYAL"s diving in like a gull, creating nothing yet dunfermline's play all starting from KI"s FEET AND AT KAYAL"s position they where in on goal with a better attacking formation than we could ever achieve, and this is a big, big, fault with celtic. Celtic are depending on wing play, and getting * up when the wing players cant find the strikers, or the strikers not making room, for a stealthy pass. we got a brake of the ball and got ahead, a penalty miss hit the post, but dont forget they scored and foster pulled of a good save. all in all at home not good enough, will take the win
but cant see us in all honesty up the pace any more than what we done tonight. playing dead wood in the middle of the park. and some with little or no skill at all.

Any player that misses a penalty will get called a dozy *. Thats just the way it is.Stokes though has been sensational for us this season. He is the most creative player in the side, by some distance and along with Forrest has probably kept us in the title race with performances against Kilmarnock coming to mind.

Ki is just not consistent enough. What you call "killer passes" are simply passes mate. When things get tough, he isnt up to it. I aint blaming him for the second half performance, I think Commons going off took away our momentum but you really need to revisit what Ki is offering the club at the moment.

Big contribution at Inverness when we were struggling or do we just ignore that because it suits your point.

A lot of players took their foot of the gas in the second half, Ki springs to mind for a few people because he missed a penalty.

Stokes and Hooper were a shade on their first half performance, as was James Forrest and Paddy didn`t achieve much.

We were comfortable in the game 75% of the ball, 7 shots on target to Dunfermline 2.

We also won 2-1 just incase you missed it.

So what if he called him a "dozy *" anyway? Things are often said in the heat of the moment regarding certain individuals. Surely you must know this if you attend games often.

Its unfair to drag Stokes' penalties from the past back up now, when it was Ki at fault for not scoring his tonight. All of those games in the past don't matter any more. Its only what is happening now that matters.

Things could have been so much different had we been playing a better team than Dunfermline and a large portion of the blame (had we dropped points tonight) would have lay with Ki, because pf the penalty miss.

You mean the same smile by cha when he scored the og in france, are we going to have the same argument about blatantly being embarrassed, and after this smile which i didn't see myself he put his hands on his head in frustration, you trying to say he took enjoyment from missing the penalty?

Commons going off didnt help, can only imagine it must have been for an injury coz he was making us tick; as for Paddy he gave us a big fat nothing tonight.

Ridiculous that we ended up hanging on when we should have been at least 4 or 5 in front, hope neil boots their * for such complacency

You would've been one of the people defending Cha for smiling after his OG in France.

Without getting into a massive debate it is clear that you dislike Ki and have an agenda against him. Be man enough to admit it.

Lenny's right, we need to forget about the last 15 minutes and focus on the first 75 when we were simply sensational. Had we taken some more chances it would have been all over long before then, that shows we can play football of that quality. Real blow about Commons though, hopefully it's not too serious.

Really because hardly any other player in the squad can play these simple passes as you call them.

Its nothing new of my views on Ki, and it looks like ive got a battle from all sides on this one.

But there not "killer passes" though are they? Its you that thinks that.

His cutback early in the first half was actually pretty poor. He was in a great position , had loads of time and couldnt pick out one of the strikers in the box. And dont tell me he played it too Ledley!!

That aside, he is still too inconsistent. At home, against Dunfermline, if he is the creative force you suggest then he should have ran the show there. But he didnt, he played as well as anyone else did in the first half, but his overall work rate is not good enough.

I dont hate the guy, Im as frustrated as anyone else at how he can go a few games playing well, and then a few games doing little. We need more from him. He should be standing out in these games.

I wouldn,t say Paddy is *. He had a * game when he came on. If he comes on on Saturday and scores a spectacular winner, will he be still *??

    * *, you're never happy are you? We were outstanding for the vast majority of that match, and that was due to the CREATIVITY of Stokes, Hooper, Forrest and Commons. Had Commons stayed on I think it would have been far more comfortable. As it was we had McCourt (who I believe you felt was the man to provide the creativity we were so desperately needing), who came on and was garbage. We've got a terrific win tonight, 5-1 would've been kind to Dunfermline never mind 2-1. Enjoy it.

Ki disappears when the chips are down. Not my type of player. Talented enough though. I'd have Wanyama, Kayal and Ledley in the middle in front of him.
