    Just watched the game from last night....fantastic performance to a man....I thought McGregor was exceptional.....Brown marshalled midfield as per.....Dembele was well up for this one and played brilliantly....Doris needs a mention for that save....all in all a great result and should give us a real lift as a team.
    Special mention for the CB's....not flawless but really did themselves proud.
    Can't wait for the return leg: Hail Hail

    was there in my Zenit top and hoops scarf, beautiful Zenit, magnificent, wonderful hoops, that is one memorable goal, you cant stop watching it, look out for the Young zenit fans blog, its crackin!.... well done hoops.... beat fellow hun crushers from Russia,!...two Hun crushers battled it out!....what a night.... hoops famous win..... Brendan is the man!.... loved seeing Zenit in the flesh...... did you know they * the Hunz?...........

    Wonderful game. Shame to not be taking a 2/3 goal lead to Russia. Zenit will improve massively over there but lets keep it tight and we have a chance.

    I can see us getting battered for 90 mins and an away goal getting us through tbh. Celtics recent history of away games suggests this if we have something to loose.

    I think it'll be a tight one with few goals. Any goal gives zenit momentum, we need to frustrate them and put the pressure on. 3-1 isn't an unrealistic loss so away goal isn't as important as keeping it tight imo.

    Had a great trip over. There was alot of fear going to this game. Be it with injuries or the unknown of Zenith. Hats of to BR and coaching staff. Thought they got their tactics bang on. Of course the team acted on. Pure dead brilliant preformance. Still buzzin.

    No really surprised but media dont seem that bothered we beat Zenit, 4 pages in on the Friday and Mika comment the day. No opposing team Managers comments, should have had a 4 page pull out. Would have had a glossy mag if the huns had got past Progres.
