    Absolutely.

The bad habits and slackness you mention, to me that just describes Hatate perfectly.

Teams competing at the top end of top European Leagues can’t afford to carry people with these negative attributes.

Neither can teams competing at the bottom of these leagues for obvious reasons.

That leaves the fella with the choice of the MLS or Saudi Arabia if anyone will take him.

    * knows what he’s in a huff about. He’s * lucky to be playing at our level.

Same goes for a lot of them.

I think we underestimate how big a disadvantage it is having not one fan in the stadium. Think we’ve won every game at CP or close to it since it’s been all home fans

We lost today, still 11 points ahead, Huns have had a great day but it will not last for them, let them have their day, The league is still ours and We will win it!

Agreed. Just checked our home matches in same period since 21/22 and won 6 drawn 1 so only dropped 2 points at home in that time.

Correct. Nothing can excuse that performance still, just pointing it out.

Extremely disappointed and angry at todays result. Seems our goals we conceded came from unforced errors. Hopefully a hiccup for rest of the reason and reinforces we need fresh bodies in January. Also shows the day of Warbuton and Cahixna spankings are long gone.

If we weren't gonna show up in a big game in January I'd much rather it was today than v YB in a few weeks. Beat them and we are playing knock out cl football with the league more or less in the bag, league cup secured and still in the Scottish cup. Rodgers used a bit of negativity to galvanise the team last year,.he can use today for a similar effect

Thinking about it rationally there is a set of circumstances to nullify us as a team. We don’t do ourselves any favours by basically refusing as a club to address the left hand side of our team but taking that out of the equation for a second.

    1. In our front 3 only one player is comfortable receiving the ball, the other two only want to go in behind. Kuhn will take the ball, Kyogo and Maeda want to go in behind. The later two are not secure on the ball so when receiving back to goal they either kill the attack and play it back to where it came to (Maeda) or more often than not lose the ball (Kyogo). We could do with someone else in that forward line being able to receive the ball and hold it or bring others into play.

    2. Taylor inverts in to the middle of the park but too often refuses to play forward. Combine this with one of the games where McGregor too refuses to go forward and you end up with our centre backs on the ball who are not the best passers.

    3. Scales takes far too long to make his mind up what he’s doing with the ball and panics when pressed, leading to dangerous turnovers.

    4. Since losing O’Riley, neither Engels nor Bernardo can get on the half turn and receive the ball. So add that to 2 of our front 3 being hopeless at this then we have serious ball progression problem.

    5. Is the wildcard and that is Hatate, he can get on the half turn when he is on it and can move away from guys but he is so erratic that when he is off it he turns the ball over so cheaply. In addition, when he can’t get on the ball. We then have only Kuhn from our front 5 players able to receive the ball.

    6. Teams know Kuhn is our danger man and given most of the others mentioned won’t turn on the ball or create anything you then get teams now putting at least 2 men on him.

    7. We sorely lack players all over the park who can carry the ball, no centre backs are comfortable doing it, neither full back really is, Maeda only does so if there is space, Hatate can in midfield but if he is having a stinker is more likely to fall over it. McGregor can but if he does and loses it we have no protection for our defence.

    8. There is not enough athleticism in the team we are too slow to react when we turnover the ball. Teams can easily get man v man or worse situations against us.

I do think small tweaks and around 3 to 4 signings would see a vast improvement in the above.

Today saw the above being exposed but what it really came down to was desire. I think too many in our team were too busy patting themselves on the back and having cheap digs these last couple of weeks post cup final. I expect a reaction on Sunday.

Losing is bad enough. But losing in that manner is a joke.

I could dissect a lot of that game but i dont really want to, tbh. Big January coming up. We still need quality and some players need a rocket.

    It is what it is.

Weve seen this movie too many times before with Rodgers.

We just watched the trailer for "Brendan Rodgers is losing it part 4.

If we’re being honest something like that today was brewing for a while, we were absolutely * for large parts of the cup final too and got away with it. We’re lucky they are still absolutely * because that could’ve easily been so much worse. 3-0 flattered us massively tbh. Was a similar level of performance to Dortmund and they gave us 7.

For me we treated the game like it was an end of season dead rubber and they played as if their lives depended on it.

An absolutely massive January ahead, because we won’t beat Young Boys with a performance like that and Villa away would be an absolute massacre. Hopefully that’ll have opened up Rodgers eyes massively to the work that still needs to be done on the squad because only CCV and Schmeichel can actually come away from that today with any sort of credit.

Genuinely still in shock at quite how bad that was.

Hun wanted it more, guess thats to be expected but the way we performed was a disgrace.

A serious lack of passion and desire to win cost us today,a shocking display from all our players. Can only think they felt they only had to turn up to win,but lets not forget, form goes out the window in these games and our bhoys need ro remember the leagues not won yet.

If it makes anyone feel better then in O'Neil's 1st season we pumped the huns 6-2 then they scudded us 5-1 at Ibrox but not many remember the latter because of how the season panned out with a treble. We've already got 1 cup in the bag, another cup to play for and looking very good for another title

Complete cluster * of a performance, no getting away from that but hopefully absorb the lessons today and strengthen the team. We'll have another go at Ibrox to put this game right so hopefully by the end of the season we'll barely remember it as we are filling our trophy cabinets.

It did cross my mind earlier, however if my memory is correct we went down to 10 men late in the first half and we weren’t battered like we were today.

True but it was still ultimately a shocker even with 10 men. Just trying to say we've got plenty of time to put things right.

There is a world of difference between today's performance and the cup final. We showed a lot of fight in the cup final, came back to go 2-1 up from being 1-0 down, and had the nerve to win it on penalties. Individual errors cost us in the cup final as our tactical approach was much better in the final. Today was the worst performance against them in years. We were the better team (though not perfect) in the cup final and deserved the trophy.

Not really about the league though.

That performance is an indicator of how it’ll go if a half coherent European team decides to press us. Like Club Brugge.

Also at times gives us an indicator of what will happen if a team sits off us in a compact shape. Like Dinamo Zagreb.

We’ve conceded 6 goals to Rangers in 2 games of football.

If you’re not concerned by that, I don’t really know what to tell you.

What movie, winning almost every trophy available to him and beating the huns 9 times out of 10?

Your dislike of the guy is beyond weird btw, he deserves to be criticised for today, but it's not the first time you've had an odd comment about him.
