So Hun logic dictates that when they’re in the league, we don’t win and they lose it.

But when they’re not in the league, we still don’t win it because they didn’t lose it?

We need serious improvements......but let's enjoy it and actually back the manager with real quality with the money available..

We've done it being hampered by poor recruitment and injuries against the odds at one point. They thought they had us.....they'll laud these losses as moral victories....let them

Just watching this now, I know we won, I know the score and somehow Taylor is still managing to give me the fear. Every single other player has been outstanding so far, though.

Not really a fan of Rodgers ( as a bloke) however even when we were behind them in the league and English * were trying to wind me up I told them when it came down to these games he would prove to have too much for them. Surprised how Clemence has crumbled though so badly. He won't be there long. Poor man's Senderos.

 

CCV's calmness when being pressed is lightyears ahead of anyone else in that backline.

 

Win most important thing of course but it's hard not to feel a little disappointed and even angry about some aspects of our play. We are still our own worst enemy domestically, we create far more problems for ourselves with our fannying-around near our goal and with our apparent inability to deal with basic attacks by the opposition than our opponents ever seem to cause us by their own ability. Our game-management is still appalling too. Then we have the penalty situation which is now scandalous frankly. That said we played well at times and showed the difference in quality between our football and theirs. JF, CalMac and Maeda looked back to their best and the league is pretty much done. So GIRUY sevco!!!!

 

60 minutes of joyousness followed by 30 minutes of nervous carnage.

If I watched that first half as a neutral, I would think that we had the better players but they had the better tactics and game plan.

 

Got the result we wanted team made us sweat a bit at the end though, I know Scales signed a new deal but we need better he struggled today bringing the ball out from defence and was ponderous. Forrest switched of and left Johnston with 2players to mark leading up to their goal played in to the back post which has suddenly become a problem to defend. A win on Wednesday and it's party time next Saturday against St Mirren
