Absolute *. In fairness we did enough to win the game but watching Ralston Scales Bernabei and Forrest trying to combine to get a winner in the 99th minute to beat St Johnstone at home was * torture.

I hope today's performance get's everyone onboard re just how far we have regressed since Rogers replaced Big Ange. If last weeks performance was dire then todays was absolute pish against a team who are bottom of the league and got pumped in their league cup section. We now go to the bigot dome with a team who are devoid of any imagination, devoid of any fight and totally devoid of any game plan. Something is rotten in paradise

BR inherited a treble winning team, full of positivity and goals everywhere.

BR says we have a weaker squad now than last season. Who is to blame for that? Surely he has to be taking a good look in the mirror. The old maxim of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. Tweak it. Sure. Adjust it. Bty all means... But overhaul it when and look what's happened? Time to overhaul is when things are not working.

Startfelt and Jota away and Mooy retired. That should not be the difference between last season and this one. It's not like he hasn't had the chance to recruit either. I get that injuries mean we are without a few, noteably Hatate & CCV, but the 2 CB's today were not the fear (well, mostly, there was a couple of times Hart was called into action) and injuries happen. That's the reality of football. What it isn't, is that this is not supposed to be a 2 man team. Are we to believe that the other 9 guys on the park are just there to make up the numbers?

The difference is, last season we were so geared to beign on the front foot. This year it is so side to side. Possession without end product. He literally has Kyogo running in the wrong direction, coming back into MF than going forward, which he has proven time and time again over the last few seasons he has been so lethal. How many times over the past few years were we at least a goal up, if not 2 or even 3 after the first 15-20min?

Now it takes us forever to get out of first or second gear. 15-20 min to get any kind of effort on goal. The last couple of seasons the mantra has been 'we never stop', This season seems to be 'we never start'.

What a downer. I was really hoping for a big reaction after last week. We need far better than this.

The talk in all the run-up to today and upcoming has been about the defence… while it remains an issue… it was not the reason for todays scoreline.

We were simply toothless and lacked creativity … at home… against (until we gave them a point today) the worst team in the division.

I know he’s only just back in the job.. but my perception is that BRs heart is just not in it this time… and this has filtered through to the players. I’m hoping that if he (and the club) realises that a mistake has been made in reappointing him.. that it is dealt with asap.

As I said…. That’s just my perception, but something is not right for this group of players to have such a catastrophic and rapid downturn in form.

Rogers making Lennon look like Ang with those last two results and 180 minutes without a goal that's some going even for Rogers and it's behind the couch next week by the looks of things .

Early goal was vital for us, not getting it only increased the frustration.

There's not a player at the club who is on form ATM. Not one. And this from a team that won the treble not that long ago.

I * hate saying it but this season so far - not just yet last two games - reminds me of the start of the 20/21 catastrophe: the squad has been weakened but, worse still, something is ‘off’. We look devoid of confidence and belief, and our captain looks far from his usual self - just like Broony did this time three years ago. Kyogo has been playing too deep at times and we are - unbelievably- failing to get enough service to him. The board lived to tell the tale in 20/21, but if this season goes *-up early they won’t escape the wrath of the fans.

Should be Turnbulls last game, no energy, no urgency, no creativity, no speed. Maeda was shocking also. Rodger’s would be better with Iwata as sitting mid and let McGregor play beside Orielly.

The thing is if we could transfer managers and Ang came back for next week's game I be confident we get something from the game and we have went to treble winners to a team who can't even beat Kilmarnock and st.johnstone and bringing Rogers back looks like a cluster * proportions and worrying times ahead with the champions League games coming up .

We got worse after the changes, it reminded me of watching a Strachan team when things weren’t going well we just kept playing it to McGeady and today it was Yang, who done ok until his final ball mostly.

Just like last week against Kilmarnock we didn't have a striker to come off the bench and go two up front in the last 20 minutes of the game today and it's a * joke we don't have one with OH being injured.

Regarding Kyogo running backward. I really do get the tactic, it’s an attempt to pull a defender, that’s maybe man marking the forward, out of position and then go over the top or through with a midfield runner.
It’s also a benefit to crowd the midfield with a forward dropping back incase we lose the ball, should be easier to press and close lanes.

Trouble is, Kyogo is far more effective lingering in the box sitting in offside positions for when we draw the opposition out. He’s also a far superior finisher than any midfielder we have.

Kyogo is far less effective since Rodgers got his hands on the team, actually, the majority on the park look ineffective since he came in.

That reminded me of 2020 far too much.

Worried. It's not unsalvageable by any means but * me we need a reaction soon. I don't think it'll come next week either.

From massive highs to drawing to St Johnstone and losing to Killie. Crikey.

What a difference 3 months can make.
