    League Cup attendances across the board are atrocious, in England no-one ever turns up. The fa's need to do something about this competition as it's just a joke and no-one even cares if they win it.

    The fact that the game was so soon it takes the sting out of the previous loss to Kilmarnock, good to see the team playing some good football again to get the spirits up. Commons and Ledley were something else tonight, thought Brown put in a good shift aswell.

    It was a cold night but the performance made you forget about the weather.

    We ran the show tonight with Brown on top form on the right and Commons bagging a hat trick, including a very well struck spot kick.No prima donnas on show here, as these guys worked their socks off in dreadful conditions against form team St Johnstone.

    Great rebound from Saturday.
