Missing the CL anthem would ruin a whole week imo lol. Would cancel a funeral in all honesty just not to miss it

Although this looks like our easiest game on paper we all know that the game isn't played on paper and our opposition are sitting on top of their league. Also when you take in our European performances over the last few years we should not be taking anything for granted and I would take any win to give us a good start to the CL campaign

 

I'm feeling quite good about us going into this tournament for the first time in a wee while.

I'm not getting carried away, but I really like the level of competition within our squad, almost every position has somebody knocking on the door, which can only be a positive.

Feel more relaxed with Schmeichel there as well, he has excellent distribution and a very calming demeanor which will be crucial in these games.

I think we are capable of pumping them, I don't expect them to be that good and we're playing well. Think we might catch them out as well with them maybe not expecting us to be that good.

I don't get where the optimism of a pumping is coming from at all. I expect a win but I expect a real challenge and some nervy moments. There isn't a single team in the champions league that I would expect us to win by more than a couple of goals at best. I will be delighted with a 1 0.

We’ve made an absolute * of ourselves far too many times in these type of games over the last 10yrs for me to be that confident.

However team is looking in good shape and off some great results.

Mind you, I’m sure I said the same after we horsed the Huns and before Bodo Glimt took the absolute mickey out of us over 2 games. Genuinely made them look like prime Barcelona.

His decision will be Engels or Bernardo , think it will be Engels.

Think this game will suit us perfectly , they won't fully sit back and the place will be rocking , should be ideal for Daizen and Kyogo.
