this is why everyone is angry. They know our team is weak. Why did we waste so much time in the 2nd half passing it about in our own half. As if this team is gonna come at you in numbers so u can counter attack them. I'm 100% sure that was lennons doings in his half time talk. We should of just kept whipping them in. That's all they were doing. They would just punt the ball as high as they could and header it in no preticular direction. Just anywhere it will go. That was embarrassing! I just did an all nighter to watch this. Why didn't we just spend the 5 mill on finbo ?!?!?!

The result is a real stinger, but the performance (save for a few switch-off moments) wasn't the worst we've seen!

We can turn this around next week. It'll be tough, but it's more than possible!

The biggest worry for me is that the Club will now be reluctant to release funds. That, for me, is Lenny's fault. He over-strategised about this game... we could (and probably should) have beaten them if we played with a more attacking formation.

The board, along with Lennon, have failed to inject quality to compensate for outgoing quality.

It's bound to be frustrating for the likes of Kris Commons to play alongside players who simply aren't of a Champions League quality.

 

This is how I see it, The Board haven't allowed us to replace the players we sold which we badly need to, and Lennon never played the right team or made the right subs.

Whole team played bad,they played frustratingly disinterested.Lennons tactics were the worst Ive seen,how many games will it take for him to realize Sammy is not a lone striker and his most effective position is on the wing.He should have taken Forrest and Moyoukolo off at half time for Balde and Stokes.Mulgrew back as CB and Sammy on the wing.That team were there for the taking,which is why it's one of the most frustrating defeats to take.Think Lennon gets too stubborn with his team selection he just plain flat refuses to change it.

Im drunk an just finished watching the game...I hope every * in this thread that was obnoxious enough to state we will win by 2 or 3 before the game had started is forced to eat there own *. . I was worried at 1 -0 but figured we can sort that, 2- 0 is another matter.

Look at the bottom of page 56 on this thread I know we are just supporters and not on the pitch but that's the exact attitude that costs us games
