Heard someone say on a podcast that they reckon Lennon is trying to make his signature being able to play players out of position and see them do well such as Mulgrew. He should just play players where they are best what is the point of playing Brown at RB. I hate Mulgrew being in midfield too. He is a brilliant footballer and a cracking centre half... Never a midfielder. He gets away with it since we just dominate games either way.

In all modern teams there are always some players who are versatile and who can occupy two or more positions. This can be very useful when injuries , suspensions and loss of form as the manager is able to reshuffle and maybe able to play experienced players , otherwise he may have to play inexperienced rookies in an important game .

When Mulgrew is playing in midfield our centre defenders are protected and look far more secured than when he isn't . Mulgrew is very, very important .

I like Mulgrew in midfield, I think he's starting to look more comfortable in there than he did at CB.

Broony at RB was kind of forced on us. Two of our first choice are injured and Fisher was red carded in a youth game and thats apparently why he wasn't on the bench.

I prefer Mulgrew in midfield tbh. Offers protection to the back 4 and has a terrific range of passing, the best in our team at spraying the ball, he also has a great eye for a pass.
