If memory serves, we went into the Dortmund game on the back of a 6-0 win, think we went into that one with a bit of overconfidence and were shellshocked by the difference in intensity and quality!
Let’s hope for a better outcome this time round!
We need to take a more pragmatic approach, like the Atalanta game, even though we’re at home.

This mobs been pish in Europe this season so they will be coming here hoping they can kick start the season. Got to feel confident tho with the form shown since Atalanta, early finish in work thankfully so pints early on and hopefully its a good night.

Their team is obviously quality but they've got some big misses..

Flashscore has Openda an injury doubt for this. Did he get a knock against Dortmund? Would be a boost as he's on fire and rapid up top. Belgian main striker now over Lukaku..

Still a very big test but they have areas that we could do alright. Young Vermeeren and Haidara are quality but don't immediately scream will rip it up. Could buckle if we start right..

I'm sure Klosterman is a fullback also? Seems to be filling in as a centre half just now..

 

Lukeba their star defender is out for this. I'm feeling a bit more relaxed.

 

Glad Schlager is unavailable, he's one of those players who doesn't look like much but he is imacculate at keeping things ticking

If Lukeba (Definitely out) + Openda then we must be going for the 3 points. I know Leipzig will still have good replacements but what an opportunity for us.

Excatly what I was thinking today. As great as yesterday was and it was for sure Tuesday night will be very different and I feel Leipzig are potentially even more dangerous than they would be even on their talent alone. They come in having lost all 3 games so they will be desperate for a win and fighting literally for their lives in terms of the champions league so for us to get anything on Tuesday it will take another truly special performance.

 

A point would be amazing. Two points from Dortmund away, Atalanta away and Leipzig at home would be incredible considering I would've been delighted with a point from those games.

If we win, we'll have one foot in the knockout round with 4 games to spare.

Crowd needs to be up for this. Everyone needs to be up for this.

 

We were very good in all our home games last year and we’ve gone up levels since then.
