A can't believe how pish that second half was, how can we go from slapping them about to getting embarrassed like that? Going forward we just don't have that cutting edge, you can play all the silky football in the world but if you can't score you ain't goanny win. Pathetic so it was, am * ragin :47:

Miller was at fault for that too, we jumped under the ball, and let Weir head it back inside. The point is Miller had at least two big chances in the 1st half and, had he scored at least once, we would never have lost. JVoH was really crap aswell

It really shows how we've degenerated heavilly from that 2-0 win in September. This'll dent my title celebration a lot...

I dont see it as being beaten by Rangers as much as we played with little purpose, a lot of the season we have done great in the SPL but seem to take awhile at times to get off the mark, as I have said before defense starts at the front, and we dont have front runners banging them in early enough, and I find JVoH a bit cumbersome in movement, of course Miller has had more than a chance to prove himself, and FAILED! :87:

maybe we should have miller arrested for fraud, because being paid for being a striker when you clearly couldn't score in a brothel has to have some sort of crime attached to it.The sooner he is shown the door at parkhead the better.

Some people coated BBJ saying he couldn't run therefore he was no good in this new all out attack we have now.
1 we don't move the ball any quicker than we did when he was here

2 If any of them chances fell to BBJ or sutton do you think we'd have to put up looking at all these unwashed orcs walking about with smug grins?

3 * is it with playing 2 defensive players in the center, when the orcs were there for the taking today and we just needed someone to get on beyond the strikers from the center

I am going to try to be positive. Thought we were tremendous in the first half. A CL level performance against a poor team. Should have been at the very least 3-0 up by half time. Sno was magnificent and anyone who cant see that he is a great player in the making must just watch football cause they like shouting and eating pies. He seems to fade after an hour in many games but he is very young. He is Lenny's ready replacement next season IMO. Aidan and Naka were good in the 1st half but faded badly in the 2nd. Aidan was far more direct and pacy today and is coming onto seriously good form after a long period in the doldrums. Thought in the 1st half the striker combination looked good but while Miller has suddenly learned what positions he needs to get into and combines well with JVOH, he hasnt learned to finish. Miller's misses this time were down to poor technique and that is harder to forgive than anything else. The rest of his play was fine and he linked well but his finishing at the moment is indefensible even by me. He has about 6 weeks to save his Celtic career by proving he can finish.

I would not let this result get you down. Its irrelevant. We clearly tired big time in the 2nd half and its really a bit of a fluke result. If we saw the core of next years Rangers team today then we have nothing to fear. We need to sign a creative central midfielder, a quality pacy goals machine and maybe another pacy wide player. Dont waste money on squad players, spend it all on those two positions and use youth for backup.

Unfortunately Hartley was suspended, Grav was injured and JJ is a donkey so WGS had no choice. Today, Sno was superb for the first hour and cannot be blamed but I agree that we shouldnt play Sno and Lenny together.

    Tired legs

Here's my views on the game...

Played well for the 1st 30mins however didn't create much in the way of serious chances then played okay until half time

Started the 2nd half well then they scored a belter which killed us, after the goal went in Celtic looked beat probably due to the Milan game

Naka looked like he should have been in his bed

And when you looked at todays bench there was no-one...

Jiri came on and he cares more about his fridge than Celtic

Also I would also like to add that i'm getting a wee bit sick of Lennon feeling sorry for himself when things get a wee bit rough

I counted 4 good chances in the first 15 minutes alone. But they all fell to people who can't finish. ie Sno and Misser

who picks the team? who sets up the tactics? who, on the basis of todays game, hasn't got a clue what he is doing? Who bought the non scoring striker? If today is any indication of what the future holds as far as Celtic are concerned we are in hard shape and summer will pobably see us sell Boruc. Is there any reason to be optimistic? I can see the positive financial situation being depleted just to keep us in with a chance never mind building a team of Euro champs. What a load of old rubbish! And that is not just because we lost todays game - we were rank rotten.
