Hoping the Hibees do us a wee turn tomorrow afternoon and at least take two points off of them. Kilmarnock and St Johnstone have done it in recent weeks and Hibs have some good firepower with the likes of O'Connor up front.

Its amazing to think that after being twelve points behind a few weeks ago, we could reduce the gap to a mere point tomorrow. Anything is possible, as they say, but we will be relying strongly on Hibs to do some damage in Edinburgh tomorrow in the early kick off.

We've been showing them too much respect for years. They have jammily wormed their way through game after game, dodgy dives and thuggish tactics.
We should be able to play OUR own game which is pass the ball well, run at them and constant waves of attack. * them!!!!!:50:

Two more league games to get won before I really start to think about the derby game.

Ideally they will drop points before hand but even if they don't so long as we win and keep our winning streak going I'll be happy.

Only way I see them scoring ( going by their recent form ) is from set pieces especially corners. Minimise that part of their game, play with a high tempo and keep high balls to a minimum then we'll be laughing. And if they get their weekly penalty then * it we've got big FF.

I really hope he is back for the big one. As I've said before, we can cope without him until then, but we could really do with him being back for the 28th.

    slighty better ? ? ?

mate they are not slightly better. look at the table and the points the have on the board.
you don't get into that position by being average. they are a well drilled team, that functions well and knows how to win games. I wouldn't take them lightly. :celt_2:

To everyone saying that we don't owe them any respect, are you forgetting what happened in the last old firm game? Also, are you forgetting who is 4 points ahead of who? It's foolish to not respect any opposition, especially your biggest rivals

    Matthews | Dan | Mulgrew | Izzy
    Samaras | Wanyama | Kayal | Forrest
    Stokes | Hooper

Samaras only keeps his place if he keeps his recent form from now until the game, if he loses that, Brown to replace him.

That should * rip them apart.

You're forgetting the amount of help they have been given by referees. They were struggling to beat Dunfermline and then Aluko dived and won them a penalty, which won them the game. They have also dropped points to cannon fodder SPL sides like St Mirren in the last few weeks too and were beaten by Kilmarnock at Rugby Park a couple of weeks ago.

The league table doesn't lie, but it doesn't tell the full story either. They are still average and usually end up scraping their results because of dodgy refereeing, or because they sit back and defend with ten men (yes, even in SPL games at home) and then hit the opposition team on the counter attack.
