I know its a long way away (but it will come around quickly!) but I have a question...
I've been to a couple of home matches against them but both times by organised transport. In February my pal and I will be travelling from London on our own. Is there a route from the City centre to the ground that people would recommend for Celtic fans on that day and, alternatively, is there a route to be avoided at all costs?

From the city centre, go down the gallowgate, the place is full of tims and buzzing from early on.
London road, especially Bridgeton, is slightly dodgy- not a good place to wear a celtic shirt. But as long as you keep covered until in the presence of fellow fans, you will have absolutely no bother mate. -
handiest route for you mate is to take the bus, either the 61, 62, or 64 from outside the celtic shop on argyle street, that will drop you right outside the stadium, much handier than trains or walking :icon_mrgreen:

Half season ticket
Just bought a half season ticket for me, my pal and my NINE year old brother ... INCLUDING RANGERS !! , Thoughts on this?, is it a good idea or a bad one?, not only is it rangers, its 3 columns next to the rangers fans. Should be a good experience for the wee yin' but am very edgy about it. -

I asked the very same question in october for the huns game, the advice is was given on here was brilliant, I chose to walk up the gallowgate before and after game and it was a bit of a walk but worth it :50:

I have never found Brigdeton a problem as long as you just come out of the station and do the right onto the London Road and make your way to CP.
As long as you do not linger in the Cross area where all the pubs and take aways are it should be fine! -
