Yeah , Lenny is banned.. Isn't allowed into the dressing rooms or pitch area within an hour of kick-off and untill 5 minutes have passed after the final whistle.. I think he's allowed to go into the dressing room at half time though..

Johan is expecting to be leading the team out..

Yes he is, a touchline ban means you can't go on the touchline but you are allowed to talk to the players before and after the game, and during the half time team talk. Basically the only difference is he is viewing the pitch from a slightly different angle.

I'm not going to the game but it's going to be torture tomorrow with it being a 3pm kick off. If it's half 12 I'm bad enough trying to pass the time but waiting till three will * near kill me lol.

Not true, Lennon is not allowed near the team within an hour before kick off, hes not allowed to have a half time team talk and can only go on the pitch 5 minutes after the full time whistle

I think the shame will line up

    Alexander
    Whittaker Bougherra Weir Papac

    Djiouf Edu Davis Wylde
    Naismith

    Jelavic

I think Rankers will play with a five in the middle with Naismith supporting Jelavic and aiming to pressure Celtic into giving the ball away in our own half which is their best chance to get Naismith running into channels if our full backs are higher up the pitch.

For me first half possession is key. Rankers will try to have something to hang onto later in the game. I'd sacrifice goal fever early in the game and play with a tight midfield four of Kayal deep in a diamond with Ledley and Brown providing a platform for Ki to get Samaras running their channels between full back and centre half and get them turning . With our full backs up on their wide two in the five we will outnumber them whilst protecting our central defenders in the early exchanges. I know he's made a uge contribution in OF games so far and still can as Kris Commons would be a huge player to come on when the game is stretched and can play either left or right if we need to shuffle the pack. Patience is key and we often suffer by forcing the game in the wrong areas and too early in the game. This lot will tire as the game develops and they will have nothing on the bench. We can't win the game in the first half but we can give ourselves a needless uphill battle by playing too open too early. Just a personal opinion based on the goals we have conceded to the Shame this season.

I'm fairly certain that it was on the radio, saying he wasn't allowed in te dressing room at 1/2 time.

I'll have a quick google, but seeing as the SFA don't even know their own rules, what chance have we got?

So you wouldnt play Commons who has been sensational for us??

Sorry, but the line up tomorrow will almost certainly be:

    Forster
    Wilson, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izzy
    Brown, Kayal, Ledley, Commons
    Hooper, Samaras

I dont think a "diamond" formation is somthing that Neil will be trying out in a cup final. He will go with the side that is tried and tested. I think our best side would included Stokes instead of Samaras , but pretty sure that Samaras will start.

That would be my ideal starting line up, and what I believe is our strongest, but it looks likely that Sammy will start up front. Would love to see Stokes and Hooper up top getting the service from Commons, I am sure we would take them to the cleaners.

i believe it will be a tight game ,but we should get the upper hand late on ,but my main concern would be if/when we win and the match is over the r,,,,,s support my try something on ,,like invading the pitch or some thing along them lines ,or they might even do it before the final whistle to get the match cancelled ,,you * never know with that bunch ,,any way anyone going to the match ,,do us proud ,,,slan anois mo charras

Have to say I'm pretty confident in Commander Lennon and his bhoys. the huns won't only have tired legs, they are also afraid of us. another victory against them would be another motivation boost and a step closer to the trophies.

As Lenny will be allowed on the pitch 5 minutes after the final whistle, will we (with Lenny) be allowed to celebrate with our fans at the Celtic end, or is that banned as well.

If we are allowed, I have a strong feeling they will try to destroy our celebrations, e.g. pitch invasion, etc. They're not going to accept our superiority, particularly when it manifests itself in trophies.
