They are a good team. We definitely won't underestimate them though after Legia so that's a good thing.

 

Brilliant haha! To be fair Maribor isn't a team that springs to mind when talking about racist teams but then again I wouldn't really have been surprised to find that it was either.

This "jug" section of the stadium, is it a large section or just a small corner or whatever?

Legia will hand in a protest, that's for sure, and I don't think this is over yet. Debrecen did a similart thing some years ago and got of the hook with a fine.

Maribor are good team but playing at Celtic Park will benifit us very much.

Almost worth sticking 100 quid on Maribor, to be honest. Dull the pain if we were to go out, while being willing to take the hit if we get through!

 

We couldn't get a proper easy draw, not with the amount of luck we've used in the last 24 hours, and on our current form, who the * knows what's going to happen.
Bring on the Maribor.

 

To be honest, racism is not really a big concern in our country. We are more than happy to turn on ourselves, we don't need to target foreigners. The only time I can remember racism on Slovenian football grounds was against our team, when we played Olimpija Ljubljana, our fiercest rivals, in Ljubljana last year and a small group of their fans were making monkeys noises against our striker Jean-Philippe Mendy. But that's the only instance of football related racism in Slovenia I can recall.

Jug literally means south, it's the south stand where Viole, our Green Brigade, if you wish, are situated. I don't know if they plan to close off the whole south stand but if they do, they will probably just relocate this group to another part of the stadium because they are the soul of the stadium, they support the team throughout the 90 minutes of the game. Without them, Ljudski vrt is a much quietter place.

 

My opinion is you don't understand the situation.

 

they will appeal but it wont get them re-instated the rules are the rules not to mention all of the other teams in the draw may have something to say if they did as they werent seeded so they wouldnt have got maribor

Celtic 2/5 to qualify? Really? Did they have their eyes closed when we were playing Legia?

 

Debrecen case isn't similar. Arsenal Kyiv, Zepce and PAOK cases are. All resulted in 3-0 forfeit.
