A lot of fans on their forum were actually saying they are going to bring ranger/liverpool scarfs and Union Jack hats. What a load of slimy *.

Watching the video of You'll Never Walk Alone being sung at Parkhead before the Liverpool game a few years ago,you can see clearly at one point Liverpool fans waving a UJ

Everton is definitely the big club for Irish people in that city

I have no feelings for Liverpool one way or the other, although I do think their current manager- even if he is a Celtic fan- is a bit of a *, but I can't really see the problem with Liverpool fans waving a Union flag, it's a bit like them objecting to us waving an Irish one.

To Dublin? In Ireland? Where they have a big enough support? Picture being an Irish Liverpool fan who will likely have an affiliation with Celtic in some way, and seeing your fellow Liverpool fans waving Rangers flags and Union Jacks :56:. Go right ahead I'd say, great idea :50:

I'm sorry but what utter, utter, utter raving *. Not sure if you know mate but right past my * house in the east end of Glasgow there's a massive orange walk every year (way more than one actually) does that make me, and everyone in Glasgow, a hun?

The vast majority of Liverpool fans, just like the vast majority of everyone in England, couldn't give a flying * in a fishtank either way about Celtic, a lot of people have a soft spot for Celtic, and an incredibly small number hate Celtic.
You must have got * in the * by a red scouser mate cos your bitterness is striking.

I wouldn't say a minority favoured the huns but it's probably not the 50/50 split I alluded to earlier.

It's impossible to get actual statistics of course but I could almost certainly guarantee that more Liverpool fans like Celtic than the huns.
I know Huns who like LFC, and I know there are a number of Liverpool fans who like deadco because of the 2 stadium tragedies both clubs faced, and as was mentioned earlier the simple fact that a lot of Liverpool fans come from Loyalist Northern Irish backgrounds. But all in all there is more goodwill than bad from Liverpool to Celtic, regardless of what a few sad folk want to think.

Funny how I took longer than all the haters though, you love Liverpool more than me I think.
Never understood why so many people are so bitter about Liverpool. No-one on this thread is a Juventus fan either, so no-one really has any justifiable reason to hate.
You must have all had your wives' vaginas destroyed by a mad scouse "thief".

Iv'e got cousins in Liverpool who support Everton ,proud Catholics from the Scotland Road area of Liverpool. They all prefer Dead co because of Duncan Ferguson. He's their modern day hero. Don't think religion comes into it too much in England.

Will be a good test for the team.

Liverpool aren't exactly as good as they have been in previous years (mainly under Benitez), but they still have some good players and if we play some of our younger lads in this, it will be a decent experience for them.

Dunno what gave you the impression i'm wound. Just tryna figure out what causes your severe obsession. You seem to hate Liverpool more than I like them, and along with many others on the forum, spend more time obsessing over them than you do Celtic.
It's up to you, each to their own. I just find it funny. and a bit sad.

If it was a friendly vs Man U you would be right on here * and arguing with the Celtic fans who hate Utd, but I bet you can't see that hypocrisy. It's cool.

So am I wrong that a large part of the orange order that marches in Liverpool aren't Liverpool fans, and that there isn't a bond with Rangers due to this, all this pish that we have a special friendship with them is nonsense, and as for me getting * in the * by a scouser il leave that up to you as you spend enough time defending the * on here maybe it's your fantasy :50:
