I agree with what you’re saying but we’ll still win this, no doubt in my mind. If we don’t take chances like the ones we’ve had tonight Wednesday will be a different story.

 

Why do we never learn this lesson. Why do we always take our foot off the gas at 1-0 and act like the games already won?

Especially when we've been on the other side of the lesson so many times in Europe, and teams have started pounding us after going 1-0 up until we've got no way back.

There wasn’t a whole lot wrong with the performance that half tbh, if we didn’t * away 4 or 5 * sitters we’d be in here waxing about how well we played and the game would be done. As per though our finishing has been * woeful which is a serious problem that needs addressed.

 

Since we pumped Aberdeen 6-0 we’ve not really hit the high heights we are capable of, missed a few early chances gives the opposition confidence and they come back into it

I can't disagree; but it's weird, because for several months, they were playing some of the best football I've seen us play in a very long time. It's like we dropped off a cliff after that international break.

 

The midfield just isnt working atm, none of them covering thmselves in glory at the minute.

 

Starting to think we need a completely new midfield, ffs.

 

I fully appreciate that we have had a lot of fixtures over the last few weeks but ffs, we just aren't competing against other teams now and they obviously know that if they pressurise us we are likely to give them scoring opportunities. This is an important 45 mins
