Just watched the second half and most of first half again. Some of our football second half was fantastic.

 

During second half when shaquri came over to take a corner he gave us a thumbs up. You could see he was genuinely impressed by the Celtic support. Class player. Still buzzin. Great night.

 

I sat in the next section down and there were about 5 or 6 Inter Fans who had seats in that area. They were over with the phones recording the Inter warm-up before the game. It could possibly have been them he was gesturing towards.

Silvinho (played with Arsenal) has hardly changed, looked like he was in good enough nick to play.

Beginning of new era !

For the first time since Seville I watched a Celtic team last night that completly filled me with hope for the future. What a brilliant display in effort, resilliance, and positive attacking approach. I was and am still bowled over by that display.
Craig Gordon you are human and will make a mistake every now and then but it's what you have done in between that really counts!

The fact that inter goes through on 0-0,1-1 and 2-2 is ridiculous imo

 

Why? I just watched the game again and the result was absolutely fair. They dominated the first 20 minutes and were clinical with all three of their chances. We played very well after the first 20 minutes, especially second half; but that fact remains that we made mistakes and quality sides punish you.

Wait what are you on about? I was referring to the uefa away goal rule. If we draw them any of the results is mentioned they go through because they score 3 away goal I think.

Yes, I think it is fair. They scored three away goals which is/should be hard to do at this level. If we only scored 1 or 2 and the game ends in a draw then I think it is fair.. If it was the other way about you'd think it was fair.

Plus it somewhat promotes attacking football because away goals can be so crucial.

If we draw 2-2 away and get put out then it's harsh, but that's the way it is.

 

I did like the fact that we had 5 scottish players in the starting lineup
