I remember looking at the clock running down and it still being 3-2 and saying to myself if it stays this way I will still be very proud of tht attitude and the way we attacked them. Then we scored:50:

Fantastic game for fans and neutrals. Incredible atmosphere and that

Gordon had a poor one but we wouldn't be in the knockouts if it wasn't for him. Made up for it at the other end!

I hope the group sat next to me who left at 85 min enjoyed their extra 10 minutes in bed...

Can never understand people leaving games early unless it's completely over only ever did it once and we where 20 points up with about 10 minutes to go

Just got home, went out after the game in a a celebratory mood. Not entirely sure if its a result to be excited about considering the sloppiness of Gordon, but he is a fantastic keeper and everybody has an off day. Guidetti has at least given us a fighting chance over there, just have to tighten up and be sharp on the counter. Entertaining game at the very least.

    Hail Hail

What's the guys take on it who memorably said yesterday on this thread 0-0 is better than 1-0 to take over there, that could be almost as entertaining as last nights game.

When the sub Dodo came on last night one guy in front of me said "with a name like that shouldn't he be playing for Sevco" :56:

Cracking night last night, one of the best atmospheres in a few years. Really feared the worst at 2-0 myself but really proud of how we came back, can't wait to go to Milan now. Just hope I've my voice back for it, Lol.

Totally agree, last night was far better than all of last seasons 3 Group Games put together in terms of excitement and entertainment, a proper football game as opposed to looking to being more defensively concerned by the likes of Neymar, Kaka and co and hoping to hit them on a the break.

Thought inter fans were brilliant. Sang "Celtic, * off" quite a lot but banters banter. Started applauding us when were going up the stairs at the end, putting thumbs up and few were trading scarves.

Fantastic Euro night at parkhead. 6 goals, great atmosphere, great away fans, browns not booked, coming back from 2 down, last minute goal, great display by GB and most importantly we are still in the tie going to Italy.:50:

Still buzzing from that last night. We should have won it though, looking back at it we were the better team and every single one of their goals was a mistake by us. Mistakes aside there was a lot of positives.

Armstrong looks like he is going to be a great signing already. As soon as we started pressing them high they found it incredibly difficult to get out, we need to adopt this tactic from the start in future and not give them a 2 goal lead before we come out our shells. When we got a hold on the game I thought we caused them some real problems.

One gripe with the game was Matthews and GMS's insistence of coming inside all the time. On the (3 I remember) occasions they went outside we scored, got one of their players booked and created another chance. To often I thought the space was there for them and they never used it.

Great time for Guidetti to get over his goal drought too. The atmosphere was great fantastic last night too, barely sat down.

No fear for the away leg now, cut out the defensive mistakes (and Gordon won't make two like that again) and we have the taking of this mob.
