As I said before I don't think we play too well against them when Forrest and McGregor are in the team. I would easily drop both of them for Griffiths and Roberts respectively.I would not play Sviatchenko in this one because he is a bombscare just now, and I think it would be madness to drop Dembele, especially for a Cup Semi, when the result can depend on solely who turns up on the day, and who is the hungriest for glory.

Agreed. Possibly the worst thing that could've happened from a hun point of view was that cheating and ill feeling the other day..

Semi final is a different ball game to what we've been swanning about in recently in a league that's been wrapped up for month's..

Rogic showed signs of what we've missed despite being a touch sluggish like Dembele. I think he'll rip them to shreds as they offer up so much space in central midfield and almost invite pressure. Right in to our hand's that is as every weekend I watch Sportscene they've looked ropey still..

Think we'll win this with some to spare..

I would start Dembele and once he has banged 2 in bring on Griff to finish them off

Will their two young defenders be playing?

Think so mate.. a combination of Forrest and Roberts throughout the match should ruin Beerman, he won't have come up against that level of intensity yet.

That Connor Sammon of Killie done him a few time's when I watched him. I imagine Dembele will be pulling out on him and I'd start Roberts..

Both of the young one's look pish defensively and we should get a ridiculous amount of joy if they lineup with Tavernier Bates Wilson and Beerman :56:

That back four is an English league two back four, no excuse for Sinclair Moussa etc not to run riot

Those two young defenders are absolute bombscares , especially the ginger biscuit at CB. Guy got away with three or four * ups at Pittodrie and has his keeper to thank for bailing him out. Get Dembele to bully him from first whistle and they are as good as a man down. Roberts will tear the LB to shreds aswell.

If we start Roberts think I would put Gamboa in front of McKay but that would make us short in height at corners and set pieces.

Hope not. It would be a mistake. He always fires blanks against them.

Agree with all this, aside from dropping Erik although big Deeb is a good Enough replacement

At this moment in time Deebo is the safer of the 2 defensively and more likely to score as well...even though Erik was robbed of one in the LC semi.

Like anything in life its all about confidence. Erik is a poor shadow of himself these days, his confidence looks rock bottom, and you get the distinct feeling he is for the offski in the close season, at least I do :bye1: You don't put someone into a Cup Semi with the Mankies in that frame of mind. Big Deebo is due a bullet headed goal against them too.
