Great performance, Hearts didn't get a sniff all game long. Midfield with Kayal bossed the game and we could've scored a couple more. Stokes was hungry and shame he didn't get a hattrick. Hooper would've deserved a goal as well.

Hopefully Forrest's injury is nothing serious, but since it's his hamstring he could be out for a couple of weeks, only negative side of tonight's game.

It's a blessing as far as I'm concerned.

Would have been good to get it up him about Stokes though.

Couldn't be any happier. Kayal....absolutley outstanding, Love the guy. Kayal,Izzy and Hooper have definetly been Lenny's top signings. Haven't heard the celtic fans roar like they did tonight in a LONG time. Great to see. Everything positive..except the fan who had a heart attack. Absolutley shocking :shamrock:

All things considered I'd of given Mulgrew MOTM tonight, thought he was outstanding in a position we were all really worried about.

Ledley and Brown were both excellent tonight too, two players who I've been critical of in the past.

For me that was our best performance of the season, Stokes and Hooper look like they are going to score bags of goals against anyone.

The officials were terrible, Hearts should have been down to ten men at best, and the Celtic bookings were a joke.

Finally, Hearts have the scummiest fans in the league. I genuinely think I hate them more than Rangers.

They have done really well as a partnership over the last couple of weeks but jeezo dont jump the gun. They have achieved 1% of what JVOH and Skippy did. Another 2 years with them winning titles and doing well in Europe and then you can compare but right now they arent in that league.

I never thought JVoH and Skippy played as a partnership they were like two individuls playing up front. No real link up play.

As a partnership they are really looking the real deal.

By the way that was one of the worst refereeing performances this season, Rudi Scakel should have been sent off and so should have Ian Black. Don't even get me started on some of the offside decisions.

How is it jumping the gun like?

I haven't said they are as good as Henke or Sutton:rolleyes:

Just that I think they have FAR MORE potential than JVOH and Skippy and are technically better than both:50:

To be fair Stokes has been really good in the last few games but he was not great for much of the season before that so it was fair enough to criticise him a bit. If you magically rewound this site back about 3 weeks the majority were dubious about him. Lets assess him at the end of the season.
