think it was one of the best performances for a long while. tbh could have been 22 instead of 2! every one looked sharp and defensivly solid for a change.

Well done Bhoys...! Good solid game..and Loovens! My word what a surprise :)

Braaffheid was a star ...he's a battler and N'Guemo was displaying some commanding qualities as a DM :)

As for subbing on Samaras......and no Rassa....I'm not sure what happened there..... .

Yeah Sammy....sorry I mean eeh-haw Donkey-lord....is a runner, maybe he should join the Greek Olympic team for the 100 meters..... because he's good for little else.

His first touch showed his quality as he fumbled for his contact lenses or whitever...nancy.

Rass should have got the nod over him at 2-0 up Id rather seen the Dane come on and get a stretch even though he's box player...(or so we all say).

Good performance, but more importantly the result to match it.

Great to see a clean sheet, and although we were still nervous at the back hopefully the clean sheet will give the back line a bit of confidence. Also great to see Fortuné score again, maybe some of his doubters will start to come around, Keane needs to take one of these chances soon.

All in all a decent nights work by the bhoys :icon_mrgreen:

Its called havin a positive attitude mate. We havent had much positives to talk about all season so when we turn in a performance like the one we did tonight, we should all be allowed to enjoy it. Would you prefer we were all full of doom and gloom talking about how * things have been all season.

Away and cheer yourself up ffs.

When we were stuggling last season there was little pressure on them as we were 7 points clear and they finished 4 points ahead. If we win on Saturday they have to wait 24 hours before they play. Physchologically if they look at a 10 point lead go to 5 in the space of a week it will test their nerve. Nobody is saying we will win the league but we'll see how they handle the pressure of being in front and being pegged back

I thought he started really well by supporting the attack and releasing the ball early.. Took a sore one and it looked like he'd have to come off before half time.. I think he was hampered by some kind of injury as he looked to tire as the game went on and his passing wasn't as good.. Not sure if the reason he got subbed was partly due to the knock he took..

Just played our best since day one of the season and your coming on here all negative.

Whats that about? get behind your team and believe, mind we have been 7 points behind them with 2 old firm games to come a couple of seasons ago and won the league. We can win this!!:50:

I'm a lot more optimistic tonight, I must say.

A solid win, a clean sheet, and 2 points clawed back off the Huns (would've been three, but the refs can't go getting the sack, now can they?)

I'm hoping the Hibees are up for sticking it to them on Sun. They were all over the Sheep tonight it's reported, and deserved more than the point they came away with.

We need to keep improving and the Huns need to keep dropping points.

We want to be in good nick for the end of the month, and if we win at Mordor, their *-Bloodied knees will be wobbling like jelly.

Its a great result and the Motherwell result even better :)

And if you are wondering why Rasmussen didn't play today - look at the bright side - he has fresh legs for the next game.

We've got alot of good strikers to choose from - and statisticly Rasmussen only scores every second game (stats from his stay in Brondby) - so he probably wouldn't have scored today:56: Still 3 points for us, so cheers to you Mowbray.

superd performance 2nd half and really glad to get the 3 points and rangers to drop 2 BUT trust me as much as i want to get yours and my hopes up i cant.. deficit is down to 8 and hopefully we can go on from here and get a good couple of games under our belt until the derby at the end of this month but we have a very difficult game on saturday at aberdeen which will be extremly hard to come away with the win, if we lose then it will be all doom and gloom then.. on the otherhand i believe this is a slight glimmer of hope and if we win at pittodire and hibs take points of rangers then we are right back in it.. C'mon the celts..:50:

We won 2-0 sammy was on for last 10 mins running clock down, yet still
getting slammed:38:. What is wrong with supporting all the team.
maybe rassmussen is not fully fit that could be why TM didnt want to use him unless it was vital ( which it wasnt).
broony not getting slagged off on here, thats new this season ( even though it was an open secret that he was playing injured )
lot of people wanted mcgeady benched for tonight ,now he is motm
    for most.
    Some fickle fans on here

    gunt

    nice avator

I can only agree. I thought his touch tonight when he came on was excellent. He can definitely see a pass and seems to find the space to receive a pass. Not the finished article but there is absolutely no doubting the potential. Stuck his foot in to win few tackles tonight which is also good to see.
