Celtic v Hearts Match Thread

Crucial game this one no question. A must win if we are to have any hopes left of the title. We did get 4 goals Sunday so hopefully with keane a bit sharper now and Rasmussen showing good instincts in front of goal we can actually have a good day in front of goal and give ourselves something to build on.

 

There was the bones of a good perfomrance (mixed with some crap) in our last game. Artur and Aidan are off form and I wouldnt put them near the starting 11. Hearts are a physical team so I have gone for a fairly physical midfield. I see the the stong CM allowing our FBs to attack with Kamara floating around from wing to wing.

Again though, you have to question the management of our ins and outs this season that we have so many forwards that we have Fortune and Sammy on the bench but a forced to play teenager at CB.

 

I'll second that team gunt! We need to dig this one out, get physical with this hearts mob & leave the poaching to keane & raz. No win, no league.

 

I can see Ki making a start for this game.. although he didnt play well against Kilmarnock, the same can be said for most of the team. He thrives on the wider pitches and has brilliant vision, perfect for supplying our new look front line.. I think he will start with keane and Rasmussen with Kamara drifting wide, and towards the end when the legs are tiring bring on fortune and mcgeady and maybe brown (not a bad bench eh?) just to finish them off ..

 

Not a lot probably. Just heard we were after him in january there.

 

need to beat the wee huns tonight there not even a gd team yet we still have not beat them this season could say the same with falkirk aswell but ill leave that till 7th march

 

Why the * are they showing the huns and not us?

 

usualy is away games they show but i see they are showing the huns at home against hibs on the 14th
