Well thank * Deila lives to fight another day . A lot better performance all round . The strength of Celtic can be well illustrated by the fact that tonight's game was probably the easiest game Gordon has had playing for Celtic. Most of Celtic's threats came down Celtic's left Izzy and Stokes . I think Commons and Griffiths can play the same role . We would probably get more on our right by playing a different type player and leaving out one of either Kris and Cal .

Only seen bits of the game and looked better. Much better. Showed more pressing and crisp; quick passing. Still a bit sloppy at the back and in possession but much much better movement up front.
Stokes was a different player and izzy looked like his old self (apart from that back pass...which IMO could've been cut out by either cb but both looked at it).

Good performance good result. Time to really get this season started.

Started off poorly but got better as the game went on. Izzy and Stokes were brilliant down the left and Guidetti looked very good. Great to have a fit Scott Brown back as well, he's been excellent since he returned.

However, its time McGregor gets dropped/rested, he's been poor for a few weeks, hope Johansen joins him as well and Kayal or Bitton come in.

Thought we were better but nothing amazing still. Guidetti and Brown played very well, Stokes and Izzy linked up brilliantly down the left which I was glad about as Izzy started the game a bit shakily for me.

Through to the next round though and a win can only do some good for confidence within the side. Really need to get going in the league now though.

I'd drop Mcgregor and possibly Johansen as well, although can't see it happening. Both look as though they good do with being benched even for one game so they know to step it up a bit.

Really WISH he would play 2 upfront, I think Scepovic and Guidetti would work brilliant together, both have excellent movement. Was pleased with the little I saw from Scepovic when he came on, think he will make an impression soon enough.

Of course we still have a lot to improve on . If the day comes when Deila or the players think they haven't a lot to improve on , that is the day we need to be looking for a new manager . No team has ever found the perfect system and is able to play it for the whole match , and then do it every match .

We can be negative , like most of us where before the match and nick- pick about various players doing things wrong and not doing the right things all the time . However tonight I thought the team for maybe the first time this season faught for each other and played with a smile on their faces . More players played well than those who played poorly and that pleased me . I think I saw bits of a Celtic team playing for each other .

Could only watch the first half, thought we were decent Izzy,Stokes,Brown and Guidetti played well but we were too complacent in possession at times for my liking and were very lucky not to concede Johansen should be dropped imo.
