Return of Europa League action as Celtic entertain Hapoel Tel Aviv on Wednesday evening.

Celtic need to beat the Israelis and hope Vienna can beat the Germans to keep their slim hopes alive.
Hopefully it will be a good game with Celtic playing the way they did in the first half in Tel Aviv, only this time managing to convert their chances.

No games in Europe are easy but I would say we should beat them in front of our own fans, for anyone in Ireland who doesn't know it's also on Setanta Ireland.
-
I think that we will beat them 3-1 I think. McDonald and Samaras goals. Was undecided over Robson and McGinn so went for this -
Zaluska
Hinkel Caldwell Loovens Fox
Crosas
McGeady Robson
Zhi
McDonald Samaras -
Momentum is a wonderful thing, and we need it right now. A good result here (2-0 is my guess) followed by another league win against Aberdeen will see us in good stead going into the away games against Motherwell and Celtic.
A crucial time for us, and we need to start clicking. -
 :56:
Motherwell Rapid & Hearts. :50:
Your right but I think a win will see us good, were long overdue a good wee run -

Zhi can't play in Europe mate, they didn't register him in time or something. I would play like your formation but n'guemo instead of mcgeady and push him up where Zhi is. -

Would just make the 2 changes from the weekend..
Bring Robson in for Crosas to give us some drive from the middle & McGinn in for Zheng Zhi, Obv cos Zhi isn't registered..

I think we'll win this one. We should have beaten them in the first leg and despite performances this season, I'm convinced we have a better team.

I think its about time we start using samaras in the position that he likes playing. He can play on the right and cut inside and allow him to roam across the park with mcgeady doing the same from the other side. -

We should win this one, although hapoel have proved themselves to be a good team. Even if we don't qualify it would be nice to get a wee run going and take it from their. 3-1 to the hoops (hopefully)
-
I think we'll win the game, because of the home advantage, but it'll be a usual case of too little too late for celtic in europe.
-
If McGeady plays on the fight again we xhould win, & I think Rapid could surprise Hamburg.Main reason is they will be desperate to regain some pride after their last match in this competition.I wasn't impressed with Hamburg when we played them & they are slipping down the Bundesliga now.
So I hope our 40000+ fans raise the roof tomorrow.Wouldn't it be ironic if we are still in this in Jan. & skint Gers are out of everything.
Almost worth gifting them the league last season.Almost but not quite. -

Well we should be strong enough to beat Hapoel but I'm worried we'll get pulled too far up the park and get hit on the break. They're a fast counter attacking side and they'll sit in, try to soak up and hit us fast on the break. We'll need to be switched on at all times with this game.
I'm going for a 2-0 home win though with the second coming late on. Think this is going to be a very nervy game for us. -
Im going for a 2-0 to Celtic in this game ,i think Hapoel have proved in this mini league that they are not a pub team ,far from it looking at there results but im taking Celtic tonight on the strength that the players dont want to bow out of Europe on a wimper ,so hopefully tonight we see a Celtic team dig in deep and fight for everything and this will pay off with a good result.
-
I think it will be a very nervy game, I also can't see us managing to keep a clean sheet (although I hope I'm wrong with that one) so I'm going for a very close 2-1 win for the Bhoys (fingers crosses).
