We weren't playing well or adjusting to ronnys way up at the time of caley though.
I totally get what your saying but I think a weakened team is more than enough for the accies of present and no harm will be done for our assault on the next few weeks..

 

I'd like to see some changes and it's important we keep our moementum, however it is dependent on who's fit.

Efe will be in the squad for Inter again and if he is needed again for any reason it's important that he gets some game time just in case.

Would like to see Wakaso tried in there and Bitton rested.

Guidetti to keep his confidence going for Thurs.

Guidetti did well and got his goal last night and I've said for a while that I reckon once he ends his goal drought then the goals will start flowing again. Hopefully that'll start on Sunday.

Tempted to go for Scepovic upfront but maybe that's too many changes. Hopefully Guidetti gets another goal to boost his confidence further before the game in Milan.

 

We need the points but I agree if Commons is fit leave Johansen on the bench but ffs don't play Ambrose!! Fisher in Matthews on the bench Ambrose on a bus somewhere else. I think Guidette will start to give Griffiths a rest before Thursday.

 

Efe was brought on v Inter and may be needed in the San Siro at some point with Lustig being injured, makes sense to give him game time.

Hopefully we dispatch these comfortably with a few rested players for Thursday night with no injury concerns and get ourselves the 3 points.

We're more than capable of doing what's needed in the 'business end' of the season. And I believe we can make this a season to remember.

 

Not easy to keep everything focused on this one with the return leg to come next Thursday in Milan. That would be my biggest fear but hopefully we can put in a good performance and get the 3 points as we really need them considering how close things still are in the league

No, please not wholesale changes . Wholesale changes will inevitably lead to dropping of points . We are not far enough ahead of Aberdeen to hand them an opening by changing our team around too much .

 

I am sure the manager will appreciate your words of encouragement for Ambrose . If you are a Celtic supporter I wonder how your " very clever" remark about Ambrose can help Ambrose to be a better player if called upon .
We don't need the SMSM to post negative posts to upset players and the club when we have you.

 

The game on Thursday must be our priority. Every club in Europe makes changes after a big midweek game (a game in which the players done their pan in), we should be no different.
