However I would put in the Honduran for Mulgrew if we do get him in time, partnerships are less important out there.

They aren't less important. If your fullbacks aren't any good then they're going to put the centre backs under pressure. Since we can't register two new players, I'd go with the player best equipped to cover the fullbacks over someone who has just arrived on a new continent.

 

utrecht isnt good in defence from what ive seen but they are very dangerous going forward

No, what I meant was that LBs are independent players whereas the CBs operate as a pair, therefore the CBs need an understanding but LBs don't as they don't have a ''partner''. Although if we can only register one then i'd go with the Swede too and just hope Mulgrew can pull an average game out of the bag.
