Celtic V Everton Sunday November 20th kick off 3:45 AM live on Celtic Tv

Am a bit concerned that we are having trouble playing out from the back lately, seem to lose the ball at the third pass out.

 

The game was a great occasion. Fantastic to see and hear the Celtic support. It really was a hot, bright day and quite windy. Difficult conditions for the players, and getting to the game was difficult for supporters. Public transport is on a bit of a go slow at the moment, due to conflict with the State Government, with reduced services. As a result, the trains to and from the station were ridiculously packed. It took me five and a half hours to get to the game and then five and a half hours back. Which is nothing when I heard there was a bus load of Tims who travelled 4,000 km across the Nullarbor from Perth to attend the two games. The best bit for me was that my son and daughter, who have heard me bang on about Celtic their entire lives, finally got to see what all the fuss was about, and really enjoyed themselves. Neither of them are particularly sporty - my daughter asked me how long the players take for 'intermission' - but they're both thoroughly committed Celtic supporters now. Like the rest of us, they couldn't believe we didn't score. Let's hope we hit the ground running when the season recommences. We really do need someone clinical in front of goal, though. HH
