:50: There is nothing like it. In the 90's I never thought anything was bigger for us than the Celtic v Diedco game. Champions league dwarfs that tenfold

I was a bit nervous about this tie but after watching their last two games we should beat them and if we dont we clearly are not ready for the CL this year .

Hate to say this but I think we'll struggle to beat Elfsborg. We've lost our two best players, haven't replaced them and some of our other key players are just back from injury. Can see it being a 1-0 or 1-1

    My team would be...

    Forster

    Lustig Ambrose Wilson Izaguirre

    Brown Kayal Ledley

    Forrest Samaras Commons

I'm still feeling uneasy about this game but here's hoping we can pull off a 4/5-0 result at home so the second leg at their ground isn't horrific viewing. I will be feeling sick with nerves watching the away leg if we are only one goal up from the home leg.

I'm confident of a 2-0 or so. I think we have prepared pretty well.

Elfsborg will not beat Celtic, they aren't good enough. Celtic shouldn't worry about anyone until the group stages.

Same team for me,if Ledley isn't 100% would put watt or balde in for him an push Sammy wide an commons behind the striker, were the home team should be looking to take some goals over to Sweden wa us.

Based on what? Helsingborg was more difficult than many remember and Elfsborg are stronger than they were plus we are weaker than last year.

I would pick the same team and I think it should be good enough to beat Elfsborg.

I'd be confident if we could win this leg 2-0. If it's 1-0 or they score then I will be worried for the return leg.

I dont think we are in that position to be honest.. It would not be wise to underrate elfsborg, that is exactly what they want.

Elfsborg's biggest threat is their pace on the wings, most notably Niklas Hult who has been capped 2 times by Sweden. Viktor Claesson plays out wide also and has been capped by sweden 4 times at only 21. So I see us setting up with 4 in the midfield to cover this, hopefully preventing away goals.

I'm not underrating them, but look at our resources compared to theirs. There is no way a team from Sweden should be causing us any problems, and I don't think they will. All the decent Swedish players move abroad, and they hardly have the money to buy quality hence them having to take Bangura on loan.

Who left in the champions route that we can draw should be beating us? People worried about Maribor now? Ha ha, * sake.

3-0 over here to the Tic and I think they will beat us 2-1 away. We progress 4-2 on aggregate. Simple .:56:

Based on the fact Swedish teams are *. Helsingborg was only difficult because of nerves and them being a little sharper fitness-wise. They played to their best and us to less than, and we still beat them 2-0 in both legs. People need to loosen up a bit.
