No really how it works though, signing players with the potential to go far. 5 mins of digging and you'll find a lot of info that suggests he's got bags of talent.

Suppose you could always just write him off to be contrary right enough :giggle1:

5 minutes just? Our scouts must be worse than I thought. There’s it taking a simpleton like yourself 5 minutes to spot a player good enough for us. Should apply for the job son.

It's one game but it was nice to be relaxed watching Celtic for once.

Having 3 in midfield as opposed to the 1 we've had recently made a big difference.

Wingers who go forward was another masterstroke I feel.

For me from a few fundamental changes some personnel but more approach to the game.

    1. Brought in CCV, Idah and Iwata all big physical players who are mobile.
    2. Yang gave us a player willing and capable to take on his man. Even if it wasn’t his end product he drew players to him giving O’Riley and Johnston a lot of space over on our right.
    3. Midfielders/ wingers making agressive runs in to the box O’Riley, McGregor and Maeda’s goals all came from this a desire to be an option. Too often of late people have been standing about marked.
    4. Scales time on the ball was limited, Iwata did a lot of the ball recycling and got it forward in few touches.
    5. Johnston largely stayed wide right providing width from full back. We never inverted both full backs at the same time or hardly ever. If the ball came down the wing the winger always had an under or overlapping runner as an option. This allowed quality delivery into the box from Taylor and Johnston for Idah and O’Riley’s goals, also Kyogo’s big chance at the end.

Most of all taking our chances for me. None of this fluffing our lines in front of goal repeatedly.

Yeah we have been poor since the winter break but the only game we probably shouldn’t have won was Hibs and we did win that. Ross County, Aberdeen and Killie we should have been 3-0 up by half time but weren’t then poor second half’s cost us in two of those games. Motherwell away we should have scored 5 that second half.

We can’t go back to that and need to kick on starting with Hearts at Tyncastle. We destroyed them there earlier in the season and need to go do it again.

Just seen their bus broke down near Celtic Park so they needed our bus to help them.

    Feel bad for them.

Still wanted a clean sheet though.

Still buzzing about that game last night. That display was up there with Angeball at its finest.

That'll do wonders for the mood around the place and hopefully give everyone a big shot in the arm for the run in.

Huns are * scunnered as well they thought we were finished. Can't wait for another Brendan masterclass at Ibrox take back our seat at the top.
