    I totally agree with you. There has been a lot of hypocrisy coming out of the Dundee United camp. Fact is they were never threatening on Sunday. We were in total control from the get go and they can't seem to accept that they simply got beat fair and square. Winning on Wednesday and making it through to the semi-finals is obviously all that matters but it would be nice to really give them a going over this week.

    What are the Arabs complaining about, they had enough players in the box whenever Kris got his goal. Even the BBC pundits agreed that Dillion's presence would have had minuscule difference in the bhoys getting their first goal!

    They are definitely delusional. I've watched it a few times and I still cannot see this "vicious stamp" that van Dijk was supposedly accused of doing. He was simply trying to stand up...he never stamped nor did he kick out, unlike Butcher who DID deliberately kick out (yet he never got punished at all). Maybe van Dijk caught Butcher's leg somehow as he was trying to stand up, but there is definitely no deliberate stamp there.

    Funny how the delusional United fans can moan about a stamp that wasn't yet defend a player who deliberately kicked another player in the head :rolleyes:

    You're right....they never threatened us on Sunday at all (2 shots with only 1 on target says it all) and it's like they knew the only way they would get something from the game was to cheat i.e. Dow collapsing in the box (and anywhere else for that matter) under Brown's "challenge".

    The * & moaning from Paton, McGowan, Dillon, and McNamara is just sour grapes, pure and simple. To win is obviously the main aim as you say, but I hope we totally gub them doing it.
