He was saying celtic should send him to a sprint coach, he thinks his running/posture is putting extra strain on the muscle groups and wants him to run like a sprinter rather than heed doon..

He feels it is his posture, the way he is kind of bent/crouched over when he runs. He thinks that could be applying more pressure to his hamstrings.

Is that the reason why he believes he gets hammy problems , I would doubt that , wee jinky played that way and you could not stop the wee man he was taf

FANTASTIC!! Not played like that for years! I'm ecstatic... 2nd/3rd ( would of said aberdeen but they got * on by this team ) best team in the SPL? Pumped 6-1! Fantastic is a understatement in fact. BRILLIANT!!!

Really enjoyed that game. Better performance than I was expecting. If we can take 6 off one of the best teams in the league we are in for a good season. Denayer had a couple of wobbles but looks very comfortable on the ball and looked good bringing the ball forward. Looked a lot like VVD to be honest. Berget looked like he was struggling a bit first half but was showing good movement and was unlucky to hit the bar. Looked better second half and took his goals well. Kayal looked like his old self when he came on and that is promising. Stokes had a great game his delivery on set plays was deadly. Johansen, McGregor, Izzy and Commons played brilliantly as well. Loads of candidates for MOTM. Forrest injured again was no surprise but it is such a shame as he looked pretty lively and did well to set up the 6th goal. If this is how Ronny likes his teams to play then it should be an exciting season and will shut those up who have been lining up to stick the boot into him. 6 goals without a proven goalscorer was pretty good but we still need a striker to bang in the goals.

I know it should go to forrest thread but last point , I agree running with the head down if you suffer tight hamstrings could cause it to flare up all the time

Good performance hopefully we can do that to Maribor. I still think our defense looked shakey at times.

    * that was great to watch. Best I have seen us play in ages.

Everyone giving 100%, link up play was brilliant, Stokes and Commons looked like two completely different players after Saturday, so fair play to them since I wanted them out the team today.

Gordon deserved a clean sheet, he really is looking like his old self, hopefully he keeps injury free. Denayer had me worried a couple of times he got caught with the ball, but for his first game he played brilliantly. Izzy was incredible. Mulgrew also looked like a different player from Saturday, still not sure about him being a starter in Europe though.

Always had faith in Ronny and today showed how good it can be even with only bringing in one player.

Some fantastic stuff today. Saw no sign of Ronny's playing style in the 1st four games, kinda saw glimpses of what he's trying to instil in the players v St J, but it was sure apparent today. Some lovely play. Last goal was a beauty, the one that hit the bar woulda been goal of the season.

Against Maribor we need to tighten up at the back. Also we can't afford to have loose passing in midfield or being caught in possession.

We are definitely improving now though and you can see the players are buying into the new ideas.

Dundee utd's record against us at parkhead must be terrible. Great performance today, some of our passing, especially around the box, was fantastic.

Ambrose looked less of a bomb scare at right back. Isn't that where he played for Nigeria at the World Cup?
