Jurys still out for me mate, I didn't think he offered much. Biggest difference is we had space in the middle of the park.

Does anyone know a good pub in Dublin City Center for watching the game?

Stokes scored on Wednesday but was absolutely rotten though. He just cannot play up top on his own, that is clear for all to see. It's a waste of a jersey having him up there as a lone striker in my opinion.

I'm not saying the guy is the answer just yet by any means of course. However, I think he is a better option than Stokes if we are going with 1 up top. He showed that he can be neat and tidy, and as I said earlier, he is definitely a bigger threat in the air. Something which we lack massively, as we have nobody who is an aerial threat. I would be happy to see him starting tomorrow. Stokes might have scored on Wednesday, but he was very poor, Commons likewise.

I've not saw him win any aerial battles yet really, I don't think he's that type of player. I'll make up my mind on him if we see him up top for a 90 minute game. I wasn't that impressed with him, he should have put Johansen through on goal at least and scuffed the ball.

He tried a couple of neat wee passes that just didn't come off. Don't know if he's not used to his teammates yet or else if that is the way he plays.

I feel I'm being overly harsh, just didn't think he done much.

This will be a tough game, United have started well and everyone at United knows their jobs. We, on the other hand, are a fair bit away from where we should be and that will take time.

    I'd take a narrow win.

Really can't pick a team. Some of the players haven't been performing but I haven't seen enough of their replacements to know if they would do a job either.

DU have had a good start to the season so it should be a cracking game and we'll do well to fully focus and not have one eye on Maribor.

    I would go:

    Gordon
    Matthews Lustig VVD Izzy
    Biton Johansen
    Boerrigter Mcgregor Forrest
    Berget

    Really fluid quick front 4.

He had the header that went over the bar not long after coming on. The only reason I know is because I remember saying that it was the only cross we had got on all night. He showed good awareness and rolled a nice backheel into the feet of Johansen I think it was in the build up for the 3rd goal also. I would like to see him get a start tomorrow, it's not like it would be harsh dropping Stokes I don't think. His goal aside, he was very poor on Wednesday.

Agreed about the scuffed attempted cross. That was dreadful. I'm not saying he had a great game when he came on by any strecth, but I thought we had a better look about us.

The naoamh Padraig CSC in Dublin will be watching the game at the bad * cafe on crown Alley in Temple bar. I've never been there just seen it on Facebook but, i'm sure there will be other pubs around the city centre showing the game aswell.

They might show it in Dalymount i'm not sure. I never knew there was CSC there because I've never watched a Celtic game in Dalymount as i'm not a local.
