Picture paints a thousand words there. Every single Celtic player is static, waiting for the great man to make his move; except Broony, Broony's like: "I'm going to * have him".

Strangely enough it dozen't feel like a defeat.
But I still think Manchester City and Borussia cut that other result up between them when they heard we were 2-0 down.

I felt we where far far too narrow and Barcelona out stretched us. Having said that they where so classy they also ran through us as well.

We can definitely do better than this however and its going to be interesting to see if we can give Man City a game away at Eastlands.

To be fair, in a picture, everyone is static.

It's immaterial now. It will be a training game or exhibition game.

I don't think Rogic had as many opportunities as Bitton might have. I think McGregor should have linked up with Rogic a lot more than he did tonight but I think it was like giving a trumpet player a saxophone. They were both blowing into it but not on the same wavelength. Roberts I think would have been a better decision than McGregor. If Barca who practise every day with players who are like Hendrix and Coltlrane and Pavaroti then you need someone who knows what improvisation means.

I am ashamed of this. Our fans are some of the best in the world and there is no excuse, how can you go from applauding the best to shaming the best? Shame is not what we want to be part of. It's like in ordinary life, you praise folk for being good but you don't have a party for them being bad. Only stupid people think it's cool to throw things at other people. It's really annoying when they're doing it in the name of our club. Did I want a war in Iraq? No. Are their people doing it in my name? Yes. I hope the Green Brigade sort this out because it's not their style.

I would hate it if a player got two years in the jail for something a normal person didn't. If he deserves it then ok. But I want to see his talent on the pitch, he's part of what makes life entertaining, watching artistic flair. It's very rare we get to see such players. Especially now that Messi and Ronaldo are about to retire. Who will we have then to amaze us?

If players do something to get the jail then jail them but if it's as simple as tax evasion which everyone does don't make an example out of them, make an example out of the bankers who relied on the LOLR.

Anyway, I'm sure you agree Celtic played well tonight and we're progressing compared to last year.

Sad reality for the fans paying the money to travel and watch us play there. :triste:

Loving the way @Swervedancer just explained Celtic's problems through the medium of musical instruments and Pavarotti, which reminds me................

Barca played pretty poorly tonight by their standards and they still beat us fairly comfortable without getting out second gear.

Signings must be made for next season.

Have had a soft spot for Barca, but I'm getting a bit sick of them. Never liked Neymar, and he's only enhanced his rep tonight. Alba's foul on Sinclair was pretty * cynical and * us out of a seriously promising counter.

It's disappointing to have nothing to play for in the final game, in what should've been an interesting fixture. 3rd place was there for the taking, but we came up short on too many occasions throughout the campaign. All in all though, have to give it up to Brendan Rodgers for what he's managed in a short space of time.
